Beware, they say a car is available but. We saw a car online and called to confirm its availability. The dealership said it was available so my husband and I arranged a day off together. At 3:00 pm, the day before our planned visit to the dealership, my husband called to confirm the car was still there and was told it was. The next day we drove 90 minutes to the dealership. While en route, we got a text message reminding of our appointment that day. When we got there, we were told that the car had been sold, but they had another one, at a different location for $1000 more. IF the car sold sometime in the few hours between our call and our arrival, they apparently didn't have the decency to call and let us know - possibly saving us time. It seems a lead is more valuable than customer satisfaction. Well, in this case they didn't get either because I'm extremely angry that I wasted a day off driving 3 hours for nothing and would not consider ever doing business with them. Lost out on both accounts. More

If I didn’t like one for any reason no problem on to the next one. I didn’t think I would be able to afford a new car lease in my budget, so originally o was looking at used cars, but ended up in leasing a new car instead! They want you to be happy and I left 100% happy with the vehicle I got and with the staff and my experience! It was more than worth my 1.5 hour drive (3 hours round trip). poor customer service So my boyfriend and I were looking at test driving, for him not me. We got there and they greeted John but did not greet me at all or ask who I was. The car we wanted to test drive was almost out of gas as well so we had to stop at a gas station to fill it up!! More
