The best car buying experience In the U.S., we had lived in Southern California and the car buying experience there traumatized us. We recently moved to Vermont and had to buy two c In the U.S., we had lived in Southern California and the car buying experience there traumatized us. We recently moved to Vermont and had to buy two cars and discovered Saint J Subaru through the Costco Auto Program. We appreciated very much the lack of sales pressure and need to negotiate because the cars there were already priced to sell so we did not have to spend many days shopping around for a car and haggling. We had never experience buying a car within a few hours before. It was great. There was no need for the Costco program because we purchased two used cars that were not factory certified. Costco deals really come into play for new cars and factory-certified used cars. The customer service at Saint J Subaru is also the best we have experienced. They tried to be as accommodating as they could and addressed our requests, issues, and concerns as they arose. More

I went from Outback to Impreza to Outback, and I'd go back for Outback #3 :) On both occasions, Dan has been 100% helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answers all my questions (and I have many many questions, that I ask over and over again) completely and patiently. And he goes the extra mile: I left my EZ Pass unit in my old car on my trade in, and he mailed it back to me, saving me a trip back to the dealer. It is those small things that really make the difference. More

Oil change way too expensive A salesman was out front when we arrived. Very polite fellow who asked how we liked our Subaru Forester. Our answer was: "We hate it". Wasn't the least bit interested that we were unhappy with the purchase. We had to go check when the vehicle was done. No one came out to find us. More
