"Tip top people in sales, administration and phone contact" My visit last Thursday to the dealership was about my former car, a Forrester. When I talked to Chris, the manager he asked me if I was interested in My visit last Thursday to the dealership was about my former car, a Forrester. When I talked to Chris, the manager he asked me if I was interested in a trade in? We discussed the trade-in and the cost and it was very doable. I wanted my man to come down to drive the new car and assist in the decision. I was able to meet a wonderful sales person, named Adam Fontaine. I think I spent several hours asking questions and wanted to clean my car out before the transfer. Wow I was treated very well. The financial person was clear concise and concentrated on my understanding. He really listened!!!! After the purchase I have been back several times for questions after reading the manual. The dealership found items in the Forrester, including glasses, and of course the friendly call to collect these items. I love my new Outback. This dealership is more like a family now!!!!!!! Thank YOU:-) More
