I bought my 2004 Dodge Dakota from a different dealer in Virginia. In 2005 I moved to Fredericksburg and wanted to locate the local Dodge dealer to assist me in any maintenance issues I may have. Shortly, Virginia. In 2005 I moved to Fredericksburg and wanted to locate the local Dodge dealer to assist me in any maintenance issues I may have. Shortly, two months, after my warranty had expired, my radio suddenly quit working one day for no reason. I called Safford Dodge explained my situation and asked for assistance. They asked me to bring my truck in so they could see what may be wrong. After maintenance personnel looked at the radio, wiring, etc they determined the radio was bad. Stafford replaced the radio free of charge eventhough the vehicle was no longer under warranty. They said replacing the radio free of charge was the RESPONSIBLE AND RIGHT THING TO DO! I still own the truck and the radio still works just fine. Next vehicle I buy, in about two years, will be a Dodge Ram 1500 from Safford in Fredericksburg, VA. More
