Had a great experience with Ben and Jeff. Would highly recommend Ben for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. We had a bad experience a week earlier during our first trip to the dealership but Ben did recommend Ben for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. The selection was very good, the staff was friendly, and I could not have been treated better by Al (the sales rep). Everything was explained to my satisfaction and I was able to purchase my new jeep relat I could not have been treated better by Al (the sales rep). Ben was knowledgeable and quick in addressing my needs. His sales manager was likewise helpfull in getting the numbers to work for my situation. In about an hour I drove off in my new automobile and did not have to do any additional work to follow up on things such as license plate transfer. We were made to feel very welcome. There was no pressure or "hovering" over us. We were asked what we were interested in and not pushed into anything more. This is my second jeep I bought from this dealership. Ben sold me the first one and worked with us to purchase this new one. The wfe really drives the jeep and I get to do so, when ever I can get my hands o sold me the first one and worked with us to purchase this new one. Who has always worked wit me in getting what I liked. Ben has always greater me as a friend and gone out of his way to help me purchase a car. In the past years I have bought other vans and cars through this dealership and have always been given great service. I also recommend this dealership with my coworkers and mention Ben and Leo. I rate this dealership and personnel top notch and plan to purchase a town and country van possibly next year for a trip across the states. More

Sales people in Used are nice and good. Service people at this dealership are some of the worst anywhere. They regularly change what they tell you. Then they delete items and discriptions from thier computer this dealership are some of the worst anywhere. They regularly change what they tell you. Then they delete items and discriptions from thier computer system so that when you go back for an issue that they did not actually fix, they claim it was not told to them. Then they will break items on your cehicle and claim it was like that before you came in. Make sure if you have to use their service that you photograph every part of your car from, both outside and inside. Then when you go in and tell them you were in before for the same issue they will call you a lier to your face, and charge you again for the same issue. If you can get to another Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership for service, highly recommended that you do. The customer service of rudeness came from the bottom to the management. If you ask any specific questions, and know specificly what your issue is and the needed fix and do not treat them like they are the "gods" of all knowledge and you know nothing, they will treat you like dirt and be angree that you would dare tell them about your car. Quality of work covers the fact that have been in for the same issue multiple times, being repeaditly charges and the issue still presists. Then they have damaged the vehicle more then once and claimed it was damage before it was brought in, that it was not for the car had been carefully looked at before bringing it in, then told was lying when confronted them with this information. One person in service was atleast courtious so gave a 2 here but the rest have been nothing but rude. Then the management supports the rudeness and lack of professionalism and does not strive for their people to provide quality work. The only reason price is ok is that some of it was covered by insurance otherwise they have higher prices. Had to start coming to this dealership because the other one in the area was closed down. Bought a great vehicle, but the service has ruined the joy of owning the vehicle and would by another Chrysler Jeep Dodge if it was not for the horrible service provided. More

Just let me say, that this dealership has all their ducks in a row. We arrived at this dealer at 1:30 pm and by 4:00 pm we had met Ben, taken 2 different trucks for a test drive, made the deal that we were h in a row.
