I came to the dealership to look at a low-mileage used Chrsyler Mini Van. The 2011 vehicle I was interested in was sold but Troy showed us a new 2011 vehicle as well as another used vehicle (2010). Went to Safford of Fredericksburg to have some service on my 2008 Town & Country and to check out the Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee's. Best experience we ever had in looking for and buying a new vehicle. Chris understood our situation and allowed us plenty of time to test drive several vehicles and there was no pressure or sterotypical sales lines or hard sale pressure. The dealer was responsive to our negotiations on both the trade in and sales price. We are very happy with the vehicle and the experience. Highly recommended are both Chris Glitzos in Sales and Mark Miles in Service. More
On Oct. 2nd 2011 I took my 2007 Dodge Ram into Safford Dodge of Fredericksburg for an oil change, and left with a brand new 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT plus and it was all due to the great service I got from e Dodge of Fredericksburg for an oil change, and left with a brand new 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT plus and it was all due to the great service I got from everybody there. It started in service. I saw a sign that said I could get a free appraisal, I said since I'm waiting for my truck, why not. I was then taken to my friend Chris Glitzos who treated me like a friend from the begenning to end. I told Chris I didn't think I could get the car and he said "well lets see" after we figured what would be best for me, Chris got thinggs stared. I loved my truck but it was killing me in gas. I slettled on a lovely 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT Plus, Blackberry Pearl in color. Chris and the team went to work from there. A few hours later I had a new car with great gas MPG, aaand payment I could live with. I'm one happy customer. Not once did I feel rushed or puched into something I was not comforable with. Every experience I've had with the folk at Safford Dodge has been great, and that includs when I got my truck from them a few years back. Started going to Safford after the Jeep dealer closed. Was skeptical at first but the service department has been great. Feel like another dealer would have wanted to put on a new water pump, etc. A++++++++ More
We had purchased a truck from Scott Rader previously and were impressed by his integrity and friendliness. He was at another dealership at the time. James is a very very good salesman. James searched the all dealerships just to find the right Jeep Patriot I was looking for. James worked until he found me the right Jeep. Customer Service: I am very particular about my dodge service. When I recently moved to VA, I began the process of "interviewing" dealerships and service advisors with whom I was willing to work. it didn service. After the long drive, I needed regular service on my Dodge. "J" was wonderful! While talking about scheduling, every date was a bust for some other event related to the move. "J" suggested dropping off the vehicle one evening, they would give me a ride home and back once the service was complete and the installers were gone. This was above the top. I will admit that I thought customer’s service was gone but it is alive and well at Safford Dodge. Quality of Work: I have found the work performed by the service team at Safford Dodge to be of high quality. I have noticed occasionally, that not all fields are completed on the inspection checklist but the item has been inspected. So bottom line, quality of work is high, attention to detail could be improved. Friendliness: Everyone I have had the pleasure of interacting with at the dealership has been friendly and courteous. Overall Experience: I find that I am welcomed here like family and as long as that remains the case, Safford Dodge has a customer for life. Price: Of course this is a dealership prices are a bit higher. I say only a bit as in my "travels" I have found dealerships to be competitive with the local mechanic. The added benefits come from Dodge standing behind the work performed at the dealership and the fact that I can log into the Dodge owners site. The prices are competitive and you get what you pay for. More

Found them on line looking for a like new minivan. When I contacted them by e-mail they immediatly responded with info and 23 pictures of the car I was inquiring about. The internet price was given and I drove 127 miles to look at the car. They were extremely nice and helpful and honored the internet price without hassel or any surprise add-ons. I traded a car in and they gave me fair kelly blue book value and I was happy with the overall deal. They did not pressure me in any way. It was one of the best car buying expierences I have ever had.I have purchased 13 new and used cars and trucks since 1991. I rate this time as number 1. Thanks to Gary and the staff. I definetly recommend them to anyone. More
