I made an online inquiry about a vehicle, and Larry Lewis called me to answer my questions and to provide additional information. Larry suggested that I visit the dealership, so I caught the train for the 70 called me to answer my questions and to provide additional information. Larry suggested that I visit the dealership, so I caught the train for the 70 mile trip to Fredericksburg. I arrived at the station and Larry picked me up and drove me to the dealership. During the ride, Larry discussed the current inventory and highlighted the vehicles he thought would meet my needs. I was impressed with his knowledge, and the fact that he had driven across town to meet me and get me to the dealership! Upon arrival, the staff invited me to review the inventory, and take a test drive. In less than two hours, I was on way way home with my new truck! Larry and the sales staff worked quickly and efficiently to get my financing and insurance in place so I could drive home that evening with no worries. Even though it was a rainy day, my truck was perfectly detailed and prepared before it was delivered to me. The Sales Manager even had the staff fuel up the truck for my long ride home! Larry called me the next day to make sure that the ride home went well and to make sure that my expectations had been met. We bought exactly what we wanted and at a price beneficial to both parties. Safford thereby eliminated 2011 inventory and we bought an upgraded 2011 Town and Country at a very good price compared to an equivalent 2012 model. The Chrysler T&C minivan had the best ride, quietness, and seat-conversion-to-open-space mechanism of all other brands tested. Too bad more people don't look at the "new" Chrysler products. We purchased a 2010 FX35 from Tim in August 2011. The price on the car was good. This was a One owner with a carfax. We were coming from North Carolina so basically we were buying the car unseen except price on the car was good. This was a One owner with a carfax. Do you see any dents or problems that I should know about before we make this long drive? His reply was let me go look and I will call you back. Keep in mind we had a 3 hour drive. After about 15 minutes he called back and said there are no dents. OK we will leave work around 5:00 and we should be there around 8:00. No problem we will have all of the paperwork ready for you. This was around lunch time when we made the deal. When we arrived all of the paperwork was ready, but they were still cleaning the car. A light bulb should have gone off when the car was not ready to be looked at. We waited probably 30-45 minutes, before we could see the car. Took it for a quick test drive. Keep in mind it was now dark outside. First thing Tim showed us was the trunk. Did not think too much about that at the time. However, it now makes sense since the antennae was missing. We did not see any problems and purchased the car. As we were driving 3 hours home we could not pick up a radio station. Keep in mind this is a $37,000 car. My 2002 Honda with 200,000 miles on it has a working radio, cd, and dvd player. I thought well I'll deal with it when we get home. Next day I looked and there was NO antennae. We went to a local radio car dealer and he said he could fix for $300 so I called Tim and ask him to pay for this. He said no worries take it to the Infiniti dealership and it will be covered under the warranty. Keep in mind the closest infiniti dealer is an hour away. However, we went. Of course it was not covered under the waranty. Once again I called Tim he checked with the manager and he said go ahead and get it fixed and we will pay for it. So we called the dealership and set up time to get it fixed. Now from that quick conversation who do you think he was wanting to fix the car. Of course we ASSUMED he wanted the infiniti dealership to fix it. But we all know what ASSUMED stands for. The infiniti dealership cost $500.00. So When I faxed the invoice to Tim so that I could get reimbursed he said you said it was going to cost $300. Yes I did before you told us to go to the infiniti dealership. So we see how that went and of course I was out $200. Three weeks later we washed the car and guess what there were A LOT!!!! of dents on the passenger side that had been somehow covered up. One looked like a rock the size of a quarter had hit it. We do not drive this car every day and if this had happened while we were driving we would have noticed. We just went to a body shop and had that fixed and now we are out an additional $700 more dollars. I had read other reviews about this dealership from customers who had had bad experiences when buying used cars, but I really did not think that I was going to be one of those customers, because my car was a one owner with a good carfax. Maybe they do a good job with new cars sales, but I would not buy another used car from this dealership. I think they intentionally kept my car in the back so that we would not have the time to inspect it properly. They new we had a long drive home and we were wanting to get out of there quickly. I truly believe they tried to cheat us and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone buying a used car. I hope I don't have to spend anymore money. I've only had the car for 2 months and I've spent $900 so far. More

My family and I came into the dealership to look at the new Dodge Durango. We were lucky enough to deal with Chris who showed us the vehicles and talk us through the differences. On the way in to do a test drive, we saw the Chrysler Town & Country in the showroom. After Chris showed us the many features it had, we decided to test drive and eventually purchase it. I appreciate that he was able to point out a vehicle that suited the needs of our growing family. In addition, he was very kind and patient with our children (ages 1 & 3), even giving them candy corn which was a big hit. The selection was very good, the staff was friendly, and I could not have been treated better by Al (the sales rep). Everything was explained to my satisfaction and I was able to purchase my new jeep relat I could not have been treated better by Al (the sales rep). Everything was explained to my satisfaction and I was able to purchase my new jeep relatively quickly (less than 2 hours from start to finish, including financing).
