Joan was super sweet, kept us up to date on every conversation Carl was having with the lenders. Carl faught for us, tooth and nail, to get us approved. He promised he would get it done, and he kept that promise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and I have many times! I was looking for a 2012 Dodge RAM 1500 with specific features to replace a 2007 RAM that was totaled. We bought only those we wanted.
