We were even pleasantly surprised when their finance manager, Rick, beat the rate of our bank with which we have a 15-year relationship. It was ready for us to drive in less than 2 hours. The problems with the vehicle are not a reflection on this dealership, in fact they went over and above my expectations to try and make things right on the Jeep, in the end I was much happier with the Durango and highly recommend it to anyone. Chris Glitzos was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and NOT TOO PUSHY which is something that I appreciate. The owner of the dealership (Jim Bathurst) got involved personally in the Jeep issues and offered a workable solution in the way of the 2012 Durango. He listened to my issues and also worked over Chrysler Customer Care to bring about a solution. So in summary Safford Chrysler Jeep stood behind their products and thier customer.
