While he did the sales pitch, he was extremely low-pressure and informative rather than pushy, which we very much appreciated. He was also very friendly and down to earth. Sharon was also friendly and efficient,and the finance manager (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) was also friendly and quick. All in all, a professional, knowledgeable and helpful team. Once we commmitted to the sale, Chris stayed with us to show us how to use every gadget, take off the roof, etc, and told us to come back with any other questions that come up as we get used to it. We LOVE our new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Sahara) -and anticipate lots of fun and stress-reducing adventures. It's an awesome Jeep (the fourth Jeep we've owned), and can't wait to customize it and take it out to play. Darleen and Joan was instrumental in me getting my new Dodge Durango. I was promise a Truck and at the last moment the Dealer Safford Dodge of Warrenton would not release the vehicle, they wanted me to b Dodge Durango. I was promise a Truck and at the last moment the Dealer Safford Dodge of Warrenton would not release the vehicle, they wanted me to buy the vehicle from them, they even went so far as to say I contacted them which was not true. So after 2 hours going back and forth we decided it would be best if I order my own Durango and they work Diligently to make this happen. Ordered on 15 April 2012 and recieved on 25 May 2012. I was told it would take 6 weeks and I received my Dodge Durango in the window promised. Again I am very please with the process from start to finish. More
