Jerry made me feel comfortable and I was able to trade my van in for a small car with a lower i with less than perfect credit but Safford helped me. I came in looking for a quality used truck and to get a good amount of money for my trade in car. I wanted to go from a mini cooper to a 1500 RAM truck. He kept me comfortable out of the heat and sun and offered to get me a soda while I waited on getting a price on my trade. We took a few test rides in different trucks, and I was quite happy with the vehicle I was able to find. Orlando worked hard at getting me a better rate and getting my loan approved. There was absolutely no attempt on their behalf to pull a fast one or pressure me in any way. They even arranged transportation from the airport with a wonderful man named Willard. I had saved and researched for 2 years and had many negative experiences with dealers in my area who treated me in such a disrespectful way that I had put off buying the Dodge Challenger until the right one came up. Their car (which I found online) was priced very VERY well and they even helped me by making a better offer on top of that. The car was certified pre-owned and when I saw it, it looked better than the photos. If you are on the fence at all about buying a car, give them a call and you'll immediately know that these guys are teaching the master class in customer service. The car is perfect, I cannot be happier. I'm a proud owner of my dream car, and a proud customer of Safford.
