I walked in and met with Ben. I told him that I didnt have anything with me except the car I was driving and he worked his magic with his workers as well and I was out in my new 2013 car! I came all the way down from NYC to purchase my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport and it was 100% worth the trip. The customer service is like nothing you've ever seen before, absolutely amazing. The process was efficient and ran so smooth, not even looking to purchase that day but it all fell in our laps. Not only Ben, but the Finanical "paperwork" guy was extremely nice and explained everything easy, short, and smooth for us overly tired people. The process was not painful at all, no "o no" moments. I have gone back to the dealer Ben to ask questions nad get help, he is more than friendly, it's like dealing with a friend that I have known for a very long time. He helped me with all my questions and seemed geniuely happy to see me every time. He was not a pusher of any kind. Will I go back to buy from him again, you bet cha. In the past cars have been a pain to buy and hated , just hated the experience I had to go thru. This was the best experience ever and I have been thru about 10 purchases. I have had nightmare purchases, some not so bad but still bad enough that took half a day or so. So this one we were done in bout hour n 30 minutes, yeah that fast. If you go here, go see BEN CLARKE.
