Chris Glitzos is a wonderful man andvery optimistic when it comes to getting something in life. They were only looking for a sale. Chris Glitzos took it upon himself on January 17 when i came in for the newspaper article I received in the mail and another employee sent us out the door to go to the other dealer, Chris came out and said let me help you, I will get you inot a brand new car and was confident that he could. And for his confidence alone I am grateful. He did all the necessary paperwork before he got an answer and kept telling me that it was okay I would be driving in a new car before the day was up. I was losing patience and looking for another turndown. Chris, I am forever greatful to you and your patience with me and my little one. You are an awesome salesperson and your customer service alone should be rewarded. Thank you. Will be looking forward to seeing you in the future, got a few candidates looking for cars. I have bought four cars from Safford, three new and the latest one was used. The interior of the latest purchase needed some work done. Well, two months and three weeks later and four phone calls to my salesman (none were returned), I had to contact the general manager and the used car sales manager to finally get the promised repair scheduled. I'm taking it in tomorrow - wish me luck! I paid cash for the FULL asking price of the vehicle and keeping in mind I bought three cars at this dealership, I would expect better service. I would expect better service even if it were my first purchase. UPDATE: It is still a little discouraging to know that I had to post this message and contact management for a response. Also when I finally had the vehicle looked at by the interior specialist, she said she could not fix the problem. I was given a check to hopefully cover the cost of the repair and was sent on my way to search for my own repair company. During the process and discussing resolution, the manager asked at least three times to change my DealeRater score "if I would like too". (including when he was handing me the check) It seemed as though the score was more important than the customer. More

Beverley also worked with me on negotiating the final price, to include a U.S. Veteran's Discount, to what I felt was an outstanding deal. Beverley and the entire sales staff at Safford of Fredericksburg were very cooperative and never made my daughter or I feel pressured or uncomfortable regarding my purchase -- a plus in my book. More

I am a '08 Sebring Ltd.,Retractable Hardtop owner. Today my keys dropped out of my pocket while I was stowing away an item in the trunk. Naturally, I closed the trunk lid. I cannot begin to tell you the time spent getting into that car. Once attempts were made to get inside the car, the anti thief features were noticed. AAA was able to unlock the car but they could not gain access into the trunk. This process took 3 hours. I contacted the Chrysler Dealership I dealt with in the past and was referred to Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg. I want to express my deepest thanks to everyone I deal with, from start to finish. A porter was immediately dispatched to pick me up, a new key was made so that I could access the trunk, and I another porter escorted back to my car's location. Wally orchestrated what was needed to make entry my car and he turned this nightmare into an extremely pleasant situation. I was able to return home, in time to meet the movers. Having worked Customer Service for years, I know not everyone customer is thankful when you go that extra mile. If return to the area, I will use this dealership for all repair or purchase needs. I recently purchased a used Grand Caravan from Safford of Fredericksburg. The only reason I purchased from Safford is because Beverly Riley works there. I worked with Beverly previously at another dealership and purchased several other vehicles from her; so when she left- my business followed her. I can be a very difficult customer and can promise you Beverly is relentless in getting her customers what they want and this has always impressed me about her. Beverly is very good at communicating and seems to have a solid management team at Safford to back her up. My purchase and financing were all handled at the dealership- which was different for me but everyone involved made it an easy process. I will continue to purchase from Beverly wherever she works when I am ready for another vehicle, and would definitely have no problem going through Safford of Fredericksburg again. More

WOW!! I came down from Quantico after being treated very poorly from a Jeep dealer in Woodbridge. I spoke with Troy Garretson while I was on my way down with my Wife and he told me to have no worries and h poorly from a Jeep dealer in Woodbridge. We were met outside (it was 38 degrees!) by Lissa Hamilton who absolutely rocked! She asked what we wanted and brought us straight to the loaded 2013 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon we purchased! While we were working the paperwork, I received a call from the dealership who treated us badly (our salesman, who did his best despite a HORRIBLE sales manager) who wanted to work a better deal to get our business back. I regrettably made poor Lissa wait while the dealership worked new numbers to win us back. Lissa waited patiently while I came to my senses and locked down the deal with Safford. (You rock Lissa!!!) This was going to be my third Jeep, and I can tell you as someone who feels pretty spun up on new car buying, that this was the BEST experience I ever had. I owed more on my trade-in than it was worth, however Lissa made everything work for the money I brought with me. James handled our paperwork and did not present the same old painful push for extra services I was used to, however presented an outstanding affordable lifetime warranty that we will wind up purchasing. He had my Wife and I laughing and completely at ease. This was completely different than what I was used to in the finance office! Though we came with a check, I would have had no issue working financing with James D.! I felt so good when I left that I shouted a loud thank you in the lobby of Safford of Fredericksburg! Troy and company did my family right! Believe it or not, there is such a thing as an honest car dealership. I have known this dealership for two years and found them all, from the top down to be honest ethical business persons who mean it when t dealership. These folks will go the extra mile and then some! In addition to my own highly positive experience, I saw this dealer work through some really tough issues associated with a new Jeep which were not at all their fault. When Chrysler failed to do the right thing, Stafford stepped up to the plate and at their own expense made the situation righ. Leo and the crew are absolutely first rate in my opinion! More
