They have provided a one-stop "personalized point of contact" for everything automotive. Jay Mayercsik, in Safford's Service Department, is our Guru and trusted friend. He has taken a personal interest in our needs, and watches over our Dodge and Chrysler vehicles like a "Dutch Uncle" (that's a good thing). Our hats are off to Jay and Safford Fredericksburg for a fine eight year service experience. I rely on Jay's advise as to which new Dodge/Chrysler products to buy. The Sales Staff at Safford, Fredericksburg, have been very neighborly on my visits to the service department. The facility is neat, the staff very professional. Plus, their complimentary coffee is a real treat. It's hard to find fault here, but The only negative is their new telephone system, which can be quite frustating at times. The sales process was simple and took very little time. We agreed on a price and a few minutes later met Steve Stewart, Finance Manager. Equally helpful, Steve spent a few extra minutes explaining the warranty and really counseled us through the process. Bottom line is everyone we encountered at Safford was professional and respectful. I have no hesitation in saying it was the easiest experience I've had buying a car and will recommend Safford Dodge and Jerry Silsley every chance I get. More

I've been to several car dealerships in the past and I can honestly say that "I have never had an experience that I could write about". (Not good anyway)...Until now!! As soon I entered the dealership Wes Morrison was the first sales person I encountered. Wes was friendly, informative, and most importantly, he was honest. Wes treated us as if we were his only customers. After finally settling on a car there were a few things that I did not agree with and Wes had promised to work on it a call me the next day. Let me say that I have walked of from other dealers with a promise of a call, but never received that call until WES MORRISON.!!! Thank You Wes! I came back finalized the deal and drove home with my family. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My Wife and I highly recommend Safford and Wes Morrison. We will undoubtedly be back! More
