My wife and I went to Safford Auto in Fredericksburg on a Sunday. Really just looking to see what vehicles they had in stock. We were looking to get a better mpg car and a lower payment. He walked with us and talked and pointed out the features on the cars after a little looking he asked some great questions to narrow down our search. He showed us a few cars and even test drove a couple after my wife and I determing what features we were looking for we settled on the 2013 Dodge Charger. Chris was great during the whole experience not overselling us and offered all the information we were asking. We will defintely reccommend Chris and Safford Auto to our friends and family. More

This dealership is amazing! We went in there after dealing with several other dealerships in Northern Virginia in the past two years and this dealership is hands down, the best! This was actually the first dealership that didn't try to take advantage of our situation and really helped us. They presented several options and sat there with my husband and I and went through each of them trying to figure out which one was the best for us, as well as taking into consideration what we needed/wanted. They also went through every option trying to get the best possible rates, financing, etc. They actually sit down with you and show you what they're doing, there were no secrets or hiding behind a door trying to put together what we needed/wanted. In the end we wound up with a Dodge Grand Caravan and we couldn't be any happier. The staff is great and we dealt with several members, all of them being helpful and patient. I unfortunately do not remember everyone who we dealt with, but everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and I would recommend this dealer for anyone who is looking to purchase and/or trade in a vehicle, servicing, etc. More

Went to dealership because I had a flat tire. Technician discovered it was not the tire but a faulty tire pressure sensor that malfunctioned and caused the tire to deflate. My parents and I were in the market for a new-to-me-used-vehicle, and I kept eying Nissian Xterra's. Gary was clearly on his way home when he passed me and my family looking at a 2009, shiny new-to-me-used-vehicle, and I kept eying Nissian Xterra's. Gary was clearly on his way home when he passed me and my family looking at a 2009, shiny red Xterra. He went out of his way to stay late and seal the deal with us. I am absolutely in love with my truck, and have received many compliments on it. I brought it back to have a switch replaced in the driver side window, and a few scratches looked at. While my parents are the ones who purchased the vehicle, Gary has made me feel like an important part of the process, and I am thankful that he has treated me as an adult each time he's spoken to me.
