Scott Rader was a great salesman kind and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and he made my experience at the dealership very enjoyable. The one concern I have is that some members of the finance knowledgeable about my vehicle and he made my experience at the dealership very enjoyable. The one concern I have is that some members of the finance department need better training to make sure they have a complete understanding of the customers wishes when it comes to verifying their credit when the customer says they have financing arranged. On August 24th of 2013 my spouse and I came to your dearlership to look for a new car. Our goal was to lower our car payment. After a lot of research, inluding a number of other makes and area dealers, we found Safford's vehicle selection to be the best, and their sales staff has always been professional and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles we've considered. For this purchase (2013 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman), we arrived at the dealership near closing time. However, we felt no pressure from the staff; rather, they went above and beyond...staying three hours past close to ensure we had enough time to test drive the vehicle, get all of our questions answered, and to discuss all of our options. We were very satisfied with the pricing and financing, and once we decided to purchase, the staff ensured the truck was completely ready to roll that night (we drove her off the lot at midnight).
