My wife took our 02 jeep liberty in for recall repair maintenance and state inspection. My wife said all the people that helped her were great, even though the repair took longer than we were actually to maintenance and state inspection. We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the technician that did the work on our vehicle, he did an outstanding job and also a BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Chris Atchison the service advisor that also helped my wife. I went into Safford Auto this past weekend expecting the car purchasing process to take maybe three days. But when I got there and met Dario, my salesman, I knew that Safford was going to help me out in fin car purchasing process to take maybe three days. Dario was great in explaining the features of the car, how the warranties work, and prices, which was really great for a first-time car buyer. Also, he respected the requests of my parents, who live a couple of states away, and was able to take all of their requests into consideration while also minding my requests! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful in the process and they made sure that they found me the perfect car for me that was also within my price range and affordable! I love that place and I would recommend it to anybody looking to buy a new or used car. Ask for Dario; he is spectacular! More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Scott was very easy to work with, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Chad (in Finance) was also very comfortable to work with, and did a good job of explaining everything. We also enjoyed talking with Marilyn, who explained the special packages that were available. I have always dreaded buying a new car, simply because of the obnoxious, high pressure sales tactics. But Scott quickly put those fears to rest. Scott Rader was a great salesman kind and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and he made my experience at the dealership very enjoyable. The one concern I have is that some members of the finance knowledgeable about my vehicle and he made my experience at the dealership very enjoyable. The one concern I have is that some members of the finance department need better training to make sure they have a complete understanding of the customers wishes when it comes to verifying their credit when the customer says they have financing arranged. On August 24th of 2013 my spouse and I came to your dearlership to look for a new car. Our goal was to lower our car payment. He understood where we stood with our goal and proceeded to give us the best customer service we have ever had at Safford Jeep Chrysler. In 2010 we experienced a lack of caring and felt we were "ripped off." George Goodwin ended our day trying his very best to get us the most affordable payment, offering rebates etc. We were very pleased with his caring and professionalism. Troy also worked very hard for us to get an affordable payment. I enjoyed his sense of humor and he was exceptionally professional. We will be back!
