Positive service experience, excellent online scheduling I bought a used Jeep (out of warranty and not from Safford) and brought it home. Checked online and found one outstanding recall notice. Went online I bought a used Jeep (out of warranty and not from Safford) and brought it home. Checked online and found one outstanding recall notice. Went online for Safford (where I'd never had a car serviced before but which is the nearest authorized Jeep dealer) to schedule fixing the recall which the recall notice said would take about a half-hour. With online chat, I got a NEXT DAY appointment even after I explained that I had some other obligations . When I arrived, check-in went smoothly. I mentioned that, in addition to the recall repair, I'd like the A/C checked for low coolant BUT was on a tight schedule and could come back another day. I was told the check would add little time, and they'd let me know IF a hidden problem would cause a delay before they started any work. The recalI fix and the A/C work took less time than I'd budgeted for, and the price (only for the A/C work, the recall fix of course was no charge) was less than I expected or had been charged elsewhere for similar checking and adding of coolant. YES, I'd recommend Safford service. YES, they have a better than average online scheduling process. YES, they accommodated my needs instead of telling me take it or leave it. More

She was prompt to greet us at the door, she was ready for us to arrive and had everything set up just as promised. Troy, was also instrumental in our experience as he was working our credit and hunting us the best possible deal available to us. Troy was up front,honest, and dedicated to ensuring we were happy and received the best possible deal. Of the multiple cars we have ever purchased, this was the first time we felt VALUED. I cannot express how greatful we are to SAfford of Fredericksburg and the great job Kelly an dTroy did. Drove 50 miles from Tysons on the assumption that they will be able to beat Koons. A little better selection of cars too. Met Al, very nice, knowledgeable, down to earth guy. After the test drive he prepared the numbers and with final help from Troy (nicest sales manager; he listens to you) they were able to beat the Koons WOW price. Then added another $1K off from Chrysler Connect. (had the mailed certificate but they have to check in the system too). There were no games/tactics/negotiations. All looking to have a smooth and quick transaction. Shopped extensively for weeks with five Jeep dealers in the NoVA DC MD area. Only two major players. They were the best for me. More

I visited this dealership a week ago, and purchased a used 2007 Honda Civic Coupe. I talked with a woman named Cynthia, and she assured me everything would be ready when I visit. When I arrived she met me with all my needs, and shes so friendly. She is reliable, and trustworthy and made my car purchase less nerve racking. She worked with me to make sure everything with the car and purchase process is right. She never gave up. If you are to purchase a car at this dealership I highly recommend working with her. I have had my car for 2 weeks now, no problems. I love it! Thank you Cynthia! More
I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger in August 2013 and the heat either never worked or stopped working so the warranty that we were encouraged to purchase does not cover the repair of the heater coil or the 2 heat either never worked or stopped working so the warranty that we were encouraged to purchase does not cover the repair of the heater coil or the 2 thermostats. This is basically a new car that at this point has not heat....this is ridiculous and all you can say is sorry. Well I won't be buying another car from this dealership. There is not way that this should be a repair that we have to pay for. We have owned this car for 7 months...sounds like a factory problem or maybe someone could tell me what certified means. Bad bad bad!!! More
I would like to say that your team is tenacious, and thorough because my vehicle's issue was not easily duplicated, and the problem was hard to detect; the technician did not give up, and through time a thorough because my vehicle's issue was not easily duplicated, and the problem was hard to detect; the technician did not give up, and through time and an elimination process, they found the probable issue -ordered parts and had my vehicle up and running without anymore problems. Jennifer was great, she keep me up-to-date on my vehicle's progress, and had my vehicle cleaned up to the point where it looked like it was new. Everything was tight, my vehicle now drives alot better. Sincere thank you to your team for a tremendous job! More

My daughter tried to buy a new vehicle and turn in her lease vehicle. The Sales Person (Dan) was caught in a lie several times and kept playing the back and forth game with the Sales Manager (Joan). We tried to get to a price and they would not discuss any type of deal on the price. Joan was extremely rude with us. Joan accused us of beating up on her sales person (Dan) with our questions and trying to get to a fair price. We have been in the Dealership numerous times with our vehicles and have had excellent service. I guess the staff changes their tune when it comes to selling a new vehicle which is take it or leave it because we are only in it for the money and don't care about you the customer. So today Safford Jeep/Dodge lost two customers today and we will find another dealership to turn our leases into and look to purchase new vehicles with them. As retired military, I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in all my years of buying or leasing vehicles. More
