We have owned various vehicles over the years (Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota) but never received the personalized service we get at Safford. We purchased my car (Dodge Charger) in 2012. I took my wife there a year later to buy a 2013 Ram 1500. Highly recommend this dealership for the purchase of any new Chrysler product as well as for all services (yes, even the oil changes!) Great team! More

The only problem I had was I bought a 30,000 dollar vehicle (not including a 5,000 extended warranty) and referred a customer who also bought a 15,000 dollar vehicle (with another 500 dollar under coverage package) and asked 3 days later to have a camera and electric remote start installed and was quoted the same price as any customer would have received it for. I was not looking for a free items just a discount for my referral and new purchase. After I drove my vehicle I realized the electric remote start and back up camera are items I need for my vehicle. I chose to drive 2 hours (with traffic) away for my purchase because I had a friend refer me to this establishment and decide to make drive and also bring a coworker to experience the same customer services I did. This trip was made 3 times (1: to look 2: to buy and 3: to bring a referral ). After not receiving and incentive for my purchase or referral to for my extra add on items at a discounted price I don't see a reason to make that drive for me or another customer in the future. There are other local dealers that can provide the same service. So for I am pleased with my purchase. I have an upcoming appointment to have my new purchase protected with over body, under body and cloth protectant spray. An overall, Happy customer. More

He went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle that we liked with the payments we wanted. He is truly an asset to Safford Dodge. He has a wonderful sense of humor and was a great joy to work with. I would recommend anyone who wants a new or used vehicle to call Dario. I guarantee that you will be happy with his results. Broke down on vacation We contacted Safford when our 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan broke down while visiting the area (from PA.) Everyone at Safford was very helpful but Chris ? We contacted Safford when our 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan broke down while visiting the area (from PA.) Everyone at Safford was very helpful but Chris ? (sorry I can't remember last name) went above and beyond to reassure me that all would be ok, take care of my family and get us back out there to enjoy our weekend in spite of our vehicle letting us down. When the vehicle had to stay for an extended period of time Chris made sure to keep us updated and clearly explained what was being done. Way to go Chris and Safford!!! More

Rob is the consummate professional combining his job knowledge and personality to ensure you understand the work order and leave with confidence of a job well done. In fact I just purchased a 2014 Ram to replace my old Ram at Safford largely due to Rob along with his crew. Service makes a huge difference in choosing a dealership.
