Dario was our salesman and let me tell you, He Is The Man!! Dario greeted my husband and me in the parking lot and provided the best service and information possible. We felt more like family than customers by the time we left the dealership. The vehicle we purchased was for me and I felt Dario treated me, as if, I was his sister looking for a vehicle versus just a customer he could make a sale off of. Ms. Marilyn Thomas was our customer service person and she was awesome as well. To close our deal we saw Chad Bishop and he treated us with the same care and outstanding service. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. I had an issue, that was my own fault, and this dealership went out of its way to make me a truly happy customer, even though they did not have to. Thank you Dario for being an awesome salesperson and taking care of me. You told me your priority was to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I am still smiling and very happy with my final purchase. I then met with Jeff McCallum and he was able to finalize the deal on the vehicle that I really wanted. Both of these gentlemen helped me through this experience without flaw. All about the sale..... everything after that just stinks After spending almost 40K on a vehicle at Safford, we come to find out that there is no loner car for service calls!!! You have to go to a rental age After spending almost 40K on a vehicle at Safford, we come to find out that there is no loner car for service calls!!! You have to go to a rental agency, put down your own credit card for security, and then they process the rest of the rental payment to Safford. Why should I put a $100 deposit on a rental car after I spent that much money for a new car, and expected service following the sale? Then there is the hassle of waiting around for someone to take you to the rental agency, processing the rental, and the same when you turn it back in. I am beyond dissapointed with the follow up from the service department, we have been waiting months for a part on a recall, with no word from them. I will take my business elsewhere, and would suggest if you like good service & convenience, that you do the same. More

Good experience . We were just going to look at a van that I had saw on line. We had our truck for 20 years, and starting to think about getting something else. When we arrived at Safford in Fredericksburg, Sammy came up to meet us with a smile. Told Sammy what we were looking for. When he brought the van around for us to check it out, he made sure it was nice and cool, as it was very hot outside. Sammy spent a lot of time going over everything with us to make sure we understood all aspects of the van. We cannot say enough good things about Sammy, my husband had a hip replacement, and Sammy was very attentive to him ( this I appreciated ). If the occasion arises I would not hesitate to drive 100 miles to Safford to get a car. I will be putting the word out to my friends, that Safford is the way to go in this area. More

Even though I know he is extremely busy he always makes sure that I fully understand what needs to be done and what has been done. In a straight forward approach Rob always gives his honest opinion even when it requires a blunt response. Rob is a true asset to Safford and is the consummate professional. I must disclose that I did know Rob prior to him recruiting me to have my vehicles serviced at Safford but I have realized over the years that his professionalism and being trustworthy is the reason I have Safford as my first choice for service and vehicle maintenance.
