I searched online for the Town & Country, I was already set to buy one elsewhere but my son asked me to check this last one. I didn't want to look at it, I wanted to satisfy my son, leave and go get my van that I was set on. Dario wasn't desperately trying to sell a car he was a very understanding man. We went for a test drive, chatted on the way and I wanted to buy from Dario, I felt he would take care of me and I trusted what he said. After it was over and done, I drove off with my van, really loving the colors inside and out, didn't settle because some of my needs were met, Dario made sure all my needs were met, He didn't make me feel my questions were not good questions, he stated, anything I needed to know he would make sure I fully understood and was satisfied before I drove away with or without the van. I even drove away with $3,000.00 still in my pocket. Dario, I would send everyone I know to you, you are stuck with me for now on AWESOME!!! More

I figured it would cost well over $100 and take them an hour or two. With a coupon I received in the mail, I paid less than $60 and only had to wait about 30 minutes. The staff was really friendly and were able to answer all of my questions (without any attitude like some other garages). I know where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on. More
Fantastic Service and Sales Last week, a friend of mind suggested that I go to Safford to check out some of thecars they had available. I had been looking around for a few weeks Last week, a friend of mind suggested that I go to Safford to check out some of thecars they had available. I had been looking around for a few weeks and did my research or vehicles that I liked best for me and my family. I found an SUV with LOW mileage that I really liked. My salesman, Sammy (who was wonderful to work with) showed me the vehicle that interested me. He also showed me a few other options that could be possible contenders, as to not limit myself. He listened to the features that were important to me and helped me stay in my price range. Sammy and Jeff, the sales manager, were able to help me find the perfect SUV for me and my family. These two gentlemen worked with me throughout the day to ensure a fair and reasonable price that I could afford. I never once felt pressured or that they were pushy in having me make a decision. Instead, they were there to answer questions, make me feel welcome, and help me find an SUV at a good price. Chad was also very helpful with answering ALL of my financial questions and questions I had about the paperwork that I had to sign. He explained each document thoroughly and never rushed me as I read through them. I feel comfortable recommending Safford to my friends because of the great service I received. More
Service department saved us from a disaster On Tuesday July 15th, my wife and I were driving my 2008 Dodge Ram towing an empty two horse trailer from our home in Southern Maryland to Spotsylvani On Tuesday July 15th, my wife and I were driving my 2008 Dodge Ram towing an empty two horse trailer from our home in Southern Maryland to Spotsylvania, Virginia to purchase a horse. Driving through Fredericksburg on Route 3 heading toward 95 south, a little after 2 pm we were caught in a SEVERE Thunderstorm. I switched the windshield wipers to maximum and the drivers side wiper QUIT. The passenger wiper continued to work. We pulled into a parking lot and determined that it was nothing I could fix on site. A call to AAA got us the # for Safford Dodge in Fredericksburg. We called their service department around 2:30 and were told that they were very busy and closed at 5 but if we could get there they would see what they could do. They gave us directions. We had to drive @ a mile to 95 south, go @ 8 miles on 95 and 4 lights on rt 1, all the while driving and leaning over to see out the passenger side windshield. Then we had to go through @ foot of water to get on their lot but we got in @ 3:00. It was the wiper transmission that had to be replaced. They had the part. We dropped the trailer in the lot, they took my Truck into the service department and got us out just before 5. We hooked the trailer back up and went on to buy the horse and were back home in Calvert Co. that night. They were willing to look at the problem of someone not in their customer base, they had the part in stock, and they were willing to squeeze us in at the end of their busy work day and get us back on the road. I think they are excellent! More
Can you believe a stress free car buying experience!! I have purchased many vehicles in the past and this experience has changed my negative outlook. Jeff made me feel like family at first greeting making sure I was comfortable and being taken care of the entire time I was there. Scott patiently worked with me to find the perfect vehicle, walked me through the purchase and made the entire transaction incredibly painless, staying with me through the final steps (signing) and made sure my vehicle was detailed to perfection and walked me to it. He was as excited as I was for my new car. Marsha explained every detail I needed to know about the dealership, my protection plan and how to get maintenance completed. Chad walked me through each document to be signed and helped me with any question I had - never making me feel rushed. Becky checked on me throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable and stress free. Everyone listed above made me feel like I was the only person in the dealership purchasing a vehicle that day and made sure I knew that I could call them anytime, thereafter, for assistance. I never felt uncomfortable, stressed or left alone. I will definitely return to Safford of Fredericksburg for my next vehicle purchase and will happily and confidently recommend them to all my family and friends. More

Unfortunately the same can't be said about the finance person I dealt with. Very nice gentlemen but fast talking and didn't explain different warranty and price options very well. I must add that I came back and another finance person named Steve listened to my concerns and went out of his way to make things right and keep me satisfied. Overall was a decent experience and I would not hesitate to buy from this dealer again. More

Dario was our salesman and let me tell you, He Is The Man!! Dario greeted my husband and me in the parking lot and provided the best service and information possible. We felt more like family than customers by the time we left the dealership. The vehicle we purchased was for me and I felt Dario treated me, as if, I was his sister looking for a vehicle versus just a customer he could make a sale off of. Ms. Marilyn Thomas was our customer service person and she was awesome as well. To close our deal we saw Chad Bishop and he treated us with the same care and outstanding service. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. I had an issue, that was my own fault, and this dealership went out of its way to make me a truly happy customer, even though they did not have to. Thank you Dario for being an awesome salesperson and taking care of me. You told me your priority was to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I am still smiling and very happy with my final purchase. I then met with Jeff McCallum and he was able to finalize the deal on the vehicle that I really wanted. Both of these gentlemen helped me through this experience without flaw. They made the process of buying a vehicle very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Safford Dodge/Fiat to anyone in search of a new or used vehicle. Great Job done by an outstanding staff :) More
