Third times the charm Twice before I've had my truck in Safford Dodge for a slow leak in the same tire. On the third try the mechanic found and repaired it. He was young, polite and knew his job, not something you find everyday. I was very happy with the service I received on this trip. This made all categories except price "Excellent". Most of this was due to the young mechanic. As far as the price, if this young man had serviced my truck the first time I would have checked "Excellent". But because it took three tries to get it right, I'm adding the fuel cost I expended on the two failures, this makes it overpriced. Which is why I'm checked "Poor". Have a nice day. More
Best of Dealer Service and Discovery of Unknown Problems Jeep wouldn't start; had it towed in. Service (Mr. Brett Barker) handled my case. He had the problem checked and found a wiring problem. I decided to have oil change and tune up, etc while I was there. They did that and also found a leaking radiator. Mr. Barker called me and explained that they would have to order the part, etc. They ordered the part and fixed it. Mr. Barker called me when it was ready and everything went as stated. I must say that I have never had a service department more courteous, efficient or as ethica. Mr. Barker deserves a big THANK YOU! More

After waiting a few minutes she was able to get it started. Weary and hot(one of the hot humid days ) she decided to drive it home. We called our trusty Safford service department -it was Thursday- and they explained how they were slammed but if we brought in on Friday they would attempt to have it by Saturday afternoon. My wife was scheduled for more therapy on Monday so getting the car by Monday was very important. Howard took time to listen a description of what the vehicle was doing. He said that they would do everything possible to identify the problem and resolve. Howard called me early evening, the same day, problem identified and just needed my ok to order the part. The part came in Saturday and I got a call "the vehicle is ready". I can't begin to express the professionalism exhibited by Howard and his team. Great service I feel valued as a customer!! More

I searched online for the Town & Country, I was already set to buy one elsewhere but my son asked me to check this last one. I didn't want to look at it, I wanted to satisfy my son, leave and go get my van that I was set on. Dario wasn't desperately trying to sell a car he was a very understanding man. We went for a test drive, chatted on the way and I wanted to buy from Dario, I felt he would take care of me and I trusted what he said. After it was over and done, I drove off with my van, really loving the colors inside and out, didn't settle because some of my needs were met, Dario made sure all my needs were met, He didn't make me feel my questions were not good questions, he stated, anything I needed to know he would make sure I fully understood and was satisfied before I drove away with or without the van. I even drove away with $3,000.00 still in my pocket. Dario, I would send everyone I know to you, you are stuck with me for now on AWESOME!!! More

I figured it would cost well over $100 and take them an hour or two. With a coupon I received in the mail, I paid less than $60 and only had to wait about 30 minutes. The staff was really friendly and were able to answer all of my questions (without any attitude like some other garages). I know where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on. More
