I needed to have the fuel filters changed, but don't buy the truck locally so I was I recently purchased a 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel Mega Cub and love it. I needed to have the fuel filters changed, but don't buy the truck locally so I wasn't sure which local area dealership to take the truck to for service. Safford Dodge was recommended to me by another Ram owner. I was able to get an appointment when I needed it and they not only took care of the issue I had come in for, but also made me aware of a recall and updates that needed to be done. Great experience! Be prepared to wait for your tag/title work Bought a 2013 Mazda Miata from Safford of Fredericksburg in June. The used car Sales Manager (Dwayne) was very accommodating and great to work with; Bought a 2013 Mazda Miata from Safford of Fredericksburg in June. The used car Sales Manager (Dwayne) was very accommodating and great to work with; however, it is now 3 months later and the Tag and Title paperwork is still not done! The title work is outsourced and "are running a few weeks behind" in processing but 3 months is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Management needs to reconsider the company they use. Had I known this would be such a headache, I would have paid more and bought local. More

I was a little disappointed that the recall didn't include the trailer wiring harness or it's installation but that is not in their control. They were great. The service writer was very polite and got me in on a Saturday without an appointment. More
AWESOME EXPERIENCE I really just stopped by the dealership to test drive a jeep with my fiance. I had no intention of buying. However, I was very impressed with how smoothly the jeeps drove as compared to what I thought. Dario was a fun and very laid back salesperson and he really went out of his way to get me what I wanted without being pushy. I was pretty hard on the finance guys but they took it quite well and actually got me everything that I wanted. I never thought that I could afford a Jeep Wrangler 4 door but they made it happen. As it turns out, my fiance's father bought his last vehicle there and said that they have an excellent service department. When I brought the jeep back to get the undercoating and upholstery protectant put on, they had it done in half a day and my jeep was detailed and looking amazing when I picked it up. And they gave me a loaner car while they had my jeep. And I am now a jeep person. I'm looking forward to the service department experience!! I got a letter in the mail from Dario thanking me for the purchase and giving me a free oil change. Awesome experience over all. Make sure you ask for DARIO if you go there. He sells used cars but he was able to get me into the new jeep that I wanted!! More

Fixing what others failed to fix Received vehicle back from Auto dealer in MD after an accident, it was apparently not fixed. Called Safford Dodge on Saturday for information, they h Received vehicle back from Auto dealer in MD after an accident, it was apparently not fixed. Called Safford Dodge on Saturday for information, they had me come in on Monday. Thank Goodness they saved my car, the original "fix it dealer" messed it up and then came Safford to the rescue!!!
