What happened to qualified technicians who don't have to rely on hooking up your vehicle to a computer to find "the problem." Computers are not able to detect minor flaws, issues, and concerns your clients have. Especially with a brand new 2014 truck that shouldn't be making any rumbles or ticks. Got advice, not all fixes are going to be made or found through your USB ports and computers hooked up to the cars computer. Why not be humble and be empathetic towards clients who are stressed over these matters and not make them feel dumb, inferior, or not worth your time. Paying good money for a new vehicle, full warranty, and all perks should get you at least some service with a smile and consideration. Didn't even offer a free oil change or car wash? Really? Makes me want to trade my new 2014 in for a Ford, or Toyota with a better Auto group who I KNOW will give me the service I want and work with me. Had great expectations when I started, but in the few months I have owned my vehicle I feel I have made a huge mistake and regret the choice I made in Safford Auto Group. More

Within a few minutes of enrolling and them notifying me of Safford Fredericksburg being in the program, I was contacted by Safford and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. Richard P. was my initial Customer Service rep and he did an excellent job through the purchasing process. They took my trade at a fair price, I picked my truck of choice and took it for a test drive and then wrapped up the purchase. Everyone at the dealer was fabulous and I’m glad I purchased my truck at Safford of Fredericksburg. I’ll buy others vehicles from them as long as they continue to put the customer in Customer Service. More
Great Customer Service We originally came in the dealership to look around for a new Jeep and weigh our options between companies. The Jeep Patriot caught our eye and after Dario showed us the price for the 2014 model, we were quite surprised by the affordability. However, due to credit issues and loan issues we could not get this car. But that did not stop Dario from going above and beyond what he could to help us. By the end of the night we left out with a 2013 Dodge Avenger, still a better car than we came in with, and a wonderful customer service experience. Dario has been one of the best salesmen I have encountered, be it with the logistics and paperwork he took his time with to make sure we fully understood, getting us a deal on the vehicle, and just sharing his personal life with his family, we were very pleased to have someone like him helping us. I would recommend this dealership soley on the experience we had with Dario. Even the finance person was very helpful and he gave us an affordable monthly plan, we gave him our options and he met us in the middle. Overall this was a great sale and we are happy we choose this location and company. More

His knowledge and overall ability to get through the process of buying a car is short of remarkable. I have been to other dealerships and in most cases the salesperson is pushing a vehicle on you.......Mr Glitzos is more interested in what really works for the customer. I know this first hand and I have a friend who I sent to Chris and was absolutely pleased about the way his deal was handled. Mr Glitzos ability to work with your customers, his overall knowledge of the vehicles, and his outstanding ability to place me in the right vehicle are personal traits that reflect well on your dealership.........some of your other sales people could certainly learn a lot from this gentlemen.
