Busted tire and back out in 1 hour Got a nasty sidewall flat tire in my new RAM on the road today, and limped in to the dealer just about out of air. Of course I had no appointment and it was lunch time. They got me a new tire at as good a price as any competitor locally, and had me back on the road in under an hour. Great Price, Great People I found the used truck I was looking for online and utilized the online chat to inquire since I was out of state and 5 hours away. That day I received a call back from Scott Rader regarding the truck. Scott made everything simple, there was not haggle this, haggle that he went straight to the point, valued my trade-in and we agreed to a price. I drove up that weekend to view the truck and Scott had it parked inside (which was great because it was 19 F outside). He was straight forward the entire time and made the process as painless as possible, NO funny business here. This was my best and most pleasant car buying experience yet (out of 3 others) and I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Scott to anyone. More

Everyone who sees it compliments me on my beautiful car. My last Chrysler was a 300M which I drove for 16 years! This car is like that old 300M but loaded with all the latest technology upgrades. And the staff at Safford is outstanding. They're both polite, and knowledgable. I want to single out one of your sales staff, Al Ailee. He answered all of my questions during the initial sit-down. At no time did I feel the slightest pressure to buy a car from Safford. When I made the decision to buy my 200c Al spent a lot of time with me, going through all the features of the car and answering all my questions. Believe me, this took some time because of all the technology in cars these days, and Al was very patient at all times. The bottom line is I would not hesitate to buy my next car from Safford and I'd hope that Al was the sales person. He's a keeper. More
Excellent Service Experience I made a appointment to have a P-64 software update. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by Gill Brown. Gill downloaded information I made a appointment to have a P-64 software update. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by Gill Brown. Gill downloaded information from the computer system on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and found a couple additional software updates that could be installed during this service appointment. We waited in the customer lounge, while the updates were completed. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. More
THE BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! I've purchased Dodge and Chrysler vehicles most of my life and have found them to be excellent vehicles. The service departments and staff were not! I've purchased Dodge and Chrysler vehicles most of my life and have found them to be excellent vehicles. The service departments and staff were not! Not until I met the gang at Safford. My truck had a problem on a return trip from West Virginia to Myrtle Beach and I lost all of my dash electronics and my wipers, during a snowstorm, while traveling south on I-95. I remembered where the Dodge dealership was located in Fredericksburg and made it there with my truck. I explained my problem to Chris Atchision who immediately took my truck into the service area and with a few minutes his mechanics had diagnosed the problem. They not only found the problem but they fixed it and had me back on the road within 2 hours. I had also had a problem with my heater when I was in WV and my son was able to remove the broken part and it was lying on the floorboard so that I could get it fixed when I got home. Shawn saw it, knew what it was by sight, explained what had happened inside the heater box, and then took me around to the parts department where I obtained the correct part to fix the problem. Shawn was ready to take his time to go ahead and fix it then but I chose to get back on the road so that I could get ahead of the storm. My fortunate stop at Safford Dodge had renewed my faith in Dealership Service Departments. Safford has the most caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable group of employees I have ever met. Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep all need to take a look at how this entire staff performs their jobs and copy that thoughout their dealerships. They are the model of how a customer, no matter where they live or where they purchased their vehicle, should be treated!!!!!! Thank you everyone at Safford! More
