Super customer service I had been checking the Internet on prices and found Safford dodge to beat most other listed prices. We were greeted by Beverly who tòok us to her desk to check what I had seen on the Internet and within minutes was test driving the Durango I was interested in. Long story short we ere able to purchase the Durango we wanted at the price we wanted with the assistance from Beverly. She is patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the used and new lots. It's always stressful purchasing another vehicle but I would say Safford dodge makes it as easy as it can be. this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Safford dodge. That should say it all! More

Beverley is the best sales rep on the planet. I put her through a lot!!! I could not decide between two vehicles and she waited on me the entire day and never once seemed upset with me going back and forth. She was calm and supportive and gave zero pressure, she just wanted me to be happy with whatever vehicle was the best for me. Her manager Joan was brought out to talk with us and she was included in the decision process. Joan could not have been more pleasant and accommodating with our questions and concerns. Both ladies are phenomenal to work with. I ended up with the Durango over the Explorer and I couldn't be happier. Even my husband feels both those ladies are true gems! He said he would buy a vehicle from here again. More

Worst customer service I contacted "Brett" the service manager at the beginning of last week because I was charged by this dealership for an oil change back on 04/18/2015. I contacted "Brett" the service manager at the beginning of last week because I was charged by this dealership for an oil change back on 04/18/2015. I had told Gill on 04/18/15 that I had free oil changes when I had my Jeep serviced and he said he didn't see any in the computer so I paid for my oil change. I recently had my vehicle serviced at another Jeep dealership and they told me that I still had 4 free oil changes. So I brought this to the attention of 'Brett' and spoke with him directly, he advised he would get right back to me. It has now been a week and I have left him several messages, including his boss 'Dave', and I have yet to hear from anyone. I understand we are all busy in our day to day work lives, but a week for an answer you said, 'I'll call you right back.' I still have yet to hear from anyone but I tell you this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and they should be ashamed of themselves. More

Oil change & alligment After I left the dealership I went to go do my state inspection & emissions test. Mechanics there noticed my alignment had not been touched or adjuste After I left the dealership I went to go do my state inspection & emissions test. Mechanics there noticed my alignment had not been touched or adjusted. I checked with him & he was right. Also in the same area you can see a ground cable disconnected hanging loose. This gives me more reason to believe they did not check it nor do it as I feel something like that would be noted not overlooked. I talked to Gill about it and he said, "we only check for what the customer comes in for, if there's anything else wrong that's not our problem." Which is beyond unprofessional, disrespectful to the customer & it shows how much they care about their quality of work. I dont have the time to go back in today although the only solution they offered was to show me a piece of paper that sas it was done which doesn't help when I'm at an auto repair & the mechanics there are confirming it wasnt touched. I feel like Ive been robbed of 100$ & it seems almost routine how they go about handling isues with customers with the "not my problem" attitude. Terrible service. More

Dealer Experience I walked into the Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership wanting to get an overview of how I might be able to get a new car and whether or not I could I walked into the Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership wanting to get an overview of how I might be able to get a new car and whether or not I could afford the financial part of it all. I half expected to be forced to walk right back out as most dealership Sales Reps and prices are overbearing and completely sales driven...but my Sales Representative, Al, really turned that around for me. He sat me down and listened to what I wanted to look into before I ever looked at any cars or test drove any vehicle. He took the time, well past closing time, to work hand in hand with me, the Financial Officer, Scott, and General Sales Manager, Jeff, to get me the financing I need and wanted with low monthly payments and in the front seat of my new Dodge Challenger, just as I wanted all along. This was by far the best experience with buying a vehicle I have ever had and the first time I have ever dealt with getting a brand new over used vehicle. More
