A week later the vehicle came to a grinding stop on route 3 (nearly causing us to be rearended) had it towed back found the drive shaft was broken. (By the way we did not get this info by Safford calling us, no we has to make multiple calls & a trip into the dealership to find out.) Part ordered put on, the next day no word from Safford after multiple calls found the PTU had to be replaced and it was on ordered. After nearly a week of hassle picked up the Jeep today to find the undercarriage cover in the back of the jeep, hubby would put it on himself, but oh only 4 of the 8 bolts are with the cover... Terrible customer service when you call... (People answering phone say things like "fine hold on" & hung up on my husband several times..). And now Very Little Faith in the repair done as it seems someone should have noticed the missing undercarriage cover... Where is the quality control? Who is held accountable? We will definitely be taking our Patriot to the Culpeper Jeep Dealership in the future!!! (Also think I should mention being told we may get a survey and if they get any marks under 9 its considered failing, so if we do plan on marking under 9 call them rather then turning in the survey.) ***also took 45 minutes to put in 8 bolts and Gil was RUDE & acted like this was OUR fault and WE were inconveniencing him, not visa versa*** More
Terrible service department, terrible customer service I brought my van in a couple of years ago for a recall notice -- they did the repair, but the problem happened again about a year ago. I brought it back in to have them look at it, but they wanted to argue with me and tell me it wasn't at all related to the recall. (I could smell fuel leaking from the engine, but they argued and argued that I was just smelling burning oil.) I insisted that I knew the difference between the smell of fuel and burning oil, but they charged me $120 for nothing anyway. Fast forward to this week, when my mechanic shows me where the fuel leak is happening, and shows me that it *is* still directly related to the work done as part of the recall. I go back to the dealership, and they refuse to fix it, refuse to let me talk to the service manager, and refuse to let me talk to the factory rep. Instead, I play phone tag for three days while the dealership tells me to call some toll-free number, and when I call that number, they tell me to call the dealership. Meanwhile, the guy I dealt with at the dealership can't make any decisions on his own, but won't let me talk to the service managers who can. After four days for not going anywhere and still getting a run-around, I picked up my van and took it to another mechanic. I'll never give any business to Safford again, and make sure my friends and family know about the awful customer service I've received. More

My situation was unusual. But Beverly ensure me that her dealership works with people with unusual situations such as mine. Beverly gave me hope on a daily basis. I am so happy that I accepted the call when your dealership called me. I was so much needed for a car. Again I cannot express my feelings that I have now that I have a new car A 2014 Fiat. who knew that I would get a New car like a Fiat. I was skeptical at first.. but I am starting to convince myself this is a good car for me., especially me driving to work up and down 95 corridor, I like to say I am forever grateful to have met Beverly and she is a great asset to your company. He is the only Service Adviser that I will deal with, I have seen one other service adviser and refuse to talk to anyone else except for Howard. He takes the time to listen to the customer. More

We were greeted by Beverly who tòok us to her desk to check what I had seen on the Internet and within minutes was test driving the Durango I was interested in. Long story short we ere able to purchase the Durango we wanted at the price we wanted with the assistance from Beverly. She is patient, helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the used and new lots. It's always stressful purchasing another vehicle but I would say Safford dodge makes it as easy as it can be. this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Safford dodge. That should say it all! Beverley is the best sales rep on the planet. I put her through a lot!!! I could not decide between two vehicles and she waited on me the entire day and never once seemed upset with me going back and forth. She was calm and supportive and gave zero pressure, she just wanted me to be happy with whatever vehicle was the best for me. Her manager Joan was brought out to talk with us and she was included in the decision process. Joan could not have been more pleasant and accommodating with our questions and concerns. Both ladies are phenomenal to work with. I ended up with the Durango over the Explorer and I couldn't be happier. Even my husband feels both those ladies are true gems! He said he would buy a vehicle from here again. More
Worst customer service I contacted "Brett" the service manager at the beginning of last week because I was charged by this dealership for an oil change back on 04/18/2015. I contacted "Brett" the service manager at the beginning of last week because I was charged by this dealership for an oil change back on 04/18/2015. I had told Gill on 04/18/15 that I had free oil changes when I had my Jeep serviced and he said he didn't see any in the computer so I paid for my oil change. I recently had my vehicle serviced at another Jeep dealership and they told me that I still had 4 free oil changes. So I brought this to the attention of 'Brett' and spoke with him directly, he advised he would get right back to me. It has now been a week and I have left him several messages, including his boss 'Dave', and I have yet to hear from anyone. I understand we are all busy in our day to day work lives, but a week for an answer you said, 'I'll call you right back.' I still have yet to hear from anyone but I tell you this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and they should be ashamed of themselves. More
