I half expected to be forced to walk right back out as most dealership Sales Reps and prices are overbearing and completely sales driven...but my Sales Representative, Al, really turned that around for me. He sat me down and listened to what I wanted to look into before I ever looked at any cars or test drove any vehicle. He took the time, well past closing time, to work hand in hand with me, the Financial Officer, Scott, and General Sales Manager, Jeff, to get me the financing I need and wanted with low monthly payments and in the front seat of my new Dodge Challenger, just as I wanted all along. This was by far the best experience with buying a vehicle I have ever had and the first time I have ever dealt with getting a brand new over used vehicle. More

Excellent Service Appointment I live in Mississippi, but went to Safford for 40,000 mile service on my Grand Cherokee. I arrived on time and was immediately met to check in my veh I live in Mississippi, but went to Safford for 40,000 mile service on my Grand Cherokee. I arrived on time and was immediately met to check in my vehicle. Chris was my service writer. I had one concern that I wanted checked in addition to the normal service. Chris listened, then asked clarifying questions to be sure that he had it right. His estimate for the time to do everything (this is a significant service interval including tire rotation, cabin filter change, etc.) was about an hour and a half. The waiting area was clean and modern. It was full because they had a busy service department. My appointment was at 9:15. In just about an hour and a half as promised, Chris called me to come pay. He explained what they had done and patiently answered my questions. This was a great service experience! More
