I have talked with Gil and he has informed us that he has called and apologized to your father and to you. We have already refunded you your cost. Gill also told us that you where not happy with the time line for your oil change they preformed yesterday and because of that he did not charge you for the oil change. I am sorry your experience was such a negative one and hope in the future we can show you that are service department is a truly good one.
