He kept working the issue and eventually (after Fox refused to replace the shock without having it delivered to them for inspection) he just made arrangements for Safford to pay for the shock out-of-pocket so I could be on my way. As an aside the lengthy timeline was in part my fault as I was having other work done to the Jeep and wanted to do it all at the same time. Takeaway - Howard was dynamite throughout this process. More
