Howard in Service Howard was terrific while working through what turned into a weeks-long process with Fox on replacing a leaking left rear shock on my 2015 JKU (part o Howard was terrific while working through what turned into a weeks-long process with Fox on replacing a leaking left rear shock on my 2015 JKU (part of a 4-inch lift kit purchased through and installed by Safford Dodge. He kept working the issue and eventually (after Fox refused to replace the shock without having it delivered to them for inspection) he just made arrangements for Safford to pay for the shock out-of-pocket so I could be on my way. As an aside the lengthy timeline was in part my fault as I was having other work done to the Jeep and wanted to do it all at the same time. Takeaway - Howard was dynamite throughout this process. More
