We were very pleased with our experience, Larry, our salesman, did a great job and we were very impressed with Kevin, whom made sure we were happy and went home with the Jeep (and payment) we wanted. The only time I felt pressured and unhappy with my experience was in the finance room. Our deal could have been a very easy and un-lengthy transaction however we were pressured over and over to 'add-on's" like extended warranties, additional insurances and protective coatings. We had already come to an agreement with the GM and were completely satisfied with our price, payment and were ready to sign and go. An additional, unnecessary 1-2 hours was her trying to finagle a way to include an add-on into our price. Also, she was to send us a check for my trade-in, that was to be sent the same week we bought the Jeep (its now been over a month and we hadn't received it). After NUMEROUS un-returned voicemail's and e-mails to this particular person, I got in touch with the finance director who replied to me within 10 minutes and dropped a check in the mail that day. (It felt as though since we didn't elect to any of her add-on's, she didn't want to deal with us anymore). Overall we were VERY pleased and they made up for any short comings of one person. They definitely have made a lifetime customer of me. More

He was very professional and knew just about everything about the vehicle but the one thing that set him apart from other dealers is the way he was with my 2 year old daughter! He was patient and friendly with her which impressed me and my wife. I would recommend him and Brian to everyone I meet! Even though I live in Fairfax I think me and wife would come back down to Fredericksburg again just to deal with Dario and Brian again. Great experience! More

Buying A Used Certified Vehicle For everyone buying a used car from this dealership, BEWARE! Here's my story, bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee supposedly "certified", well I test drove a For everyone buying a used car from this dealership, BEWARE! Here's my story, bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee supposedly "certified", well I test drove and paid a lot of attention to all the gadgets, motor, drivetrain, etc. well excited about the purchase, I took it home to show my wife what I bought, in her look over of the vehicle, she found the driver door panel was the wrong color! The interior is black and a polished gray wood grain. The door panel we were looking at was navy blue and the wood trim was brown. By now your asking, how did you miss that, well no one looks at driver door panel! Took truck back and I got the "oh my" looks like a defect, really someone owned this car before me and an Overland Cherokee is top of the line around 50k and they were okay with that, sure! Long story short they refused to replace it after waiting two weeks and being told they would! That would be the lovely GM they have not a pleasant man at all! Now I wonder if the Carfax was altered, and what do they consider "certified", that it has four wheels? So now I am out of pocket to purchase a new panel and will defiantly have someone else install. Oh btw I was told by the GM that they were back ordered on line and he could not get one! I went online in the showroom and showed him plenty are available, it went ignored and then he acted like he had a cell phone call and never saw him again. I am in the service industry that buys a lot of vehicles I will be sure to share this experience with all to stay away! More

Joe was really knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and was quick to answer any questions I had during the test drive and while finishing up the paperwork. From there Joe handed me off to Brooke in finance who did a masterful job of going through all the paperwork to complete the deal. Brooke did fantastic explaining all the paperwork and making sure I understood everything we went over. This was truly the easiest time I have ever had buying a vehicle, hands down! Loving my new (to me) car, and will definitely refer anyone I know looking to buy their direction. More

So much for being a loyal customer I currently have a 2015 Fiat 500 sport. This is the fifth Fiat that my wife and I have owned. While I like my Fiat, I was looking to upgrade into some I currently have a 2015 Fiat 500 sport. This is the fifth Fiat that my wife and I have owned. While I like my Fiat, I was looking to upgrade into something a little bigger. I was looking at the 500x and the Jeep Renegade. I was highly disappointed to find that all the dealership would give me for a trade in is $10,000. That is about half what I paid for it. The car is in perfect condition and just like new. I just purchased this vehicle, from the same dealership, in September 2015 and I have less than 1200 miles on the car. This is a disgrace for Fiat and the FCA brand. Also, I purchased three new vehicles from this dealership in the past five years and have had all the maintenance done on them at this dealership. So much for being a loyal customer 8^( I am highly disappointed that Fiat's don't hold their value better and the the dealership that I purchased it from can't give me a better offer than they did. I guess in the future I will buy a Honda or something that holds it's value better!!! Update, after two days of dealing with this rapacious dealership they graciously upped their trade-in offer for my Fiat, I purchased from them, to $11,500. Woo Hoo, half what the sticker price was five months and 1,000 miles ago. Save yourself the time, frustration and agony and shop elsewhere. This dealership will NOT deal with you or even think about giving customers a deal. More
