Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg

So much for being a loyal customer I currently have a 2015 Fiat 500 sport. This is the fifth Fiat that my wife and I have owned. While I like my Fiat, I was looking to upgrade into some I currently have a 2015 Fiat 500 sport. This is the fifth Fiat that my wife and I have owned. While I like my Fiat, I was looking to upgrade into something a little bigger. I was looking at the 500x and the Jeep Renegade. I was highly disappointed to find that all the dealership would give me for a trade in is $10,000. That is about half what I paid for it. The car is in perfect condition and just like new. I just purchased this vehicle, from the same dealership, in September 2015 and I have less than 1200 miles on the car. This is a disgrace for Fiat and the FCA brand. Also, I purchased three new vehicles from this dealership in the past five years and have had all the maintenance done on them at this dealership. So much for being a loyal customer 8^( I am highly disappointed that Fiat's don't hold their value better and the the dealership that I purchased it from can't give me a better offer than they did. I guess in the future I will buy a Honda or something that holds it's value better!!! Update, after two days of dealing with this rapacious dealership they graciously upped their trade-in offer for my Fiat, I purchased from them, to $11,500. Woo Hoo, half what the sticker price was five months and 1,000 miles ago. Save yourself the time, frustration and agony and shop elsewhere. This dealership will NOT deal with you or even think about giving customers a deal. More

After test driving both we let her know that we were just starting our search and she did not pressure us into making a decision. My wife and I left and test drove a couple of other vehicles that day. I e-mailed Beverley that night and to set up a time to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. Howard in Service Howard was terrific while working through what turned into a weeks-long process with Fox on replacing a leaking left rear shock on my 2015 JKU (part o Howard was terrific while working through what turned into a weeks-long process with Fox on replacing a leaking left rear shock on my 2015 JKU (part of a 4-inch lift kit purchased through and installed by Safford Dodge. He kept working the issue and eventually (after Fox refused to replace the shock without having it delivered to them for inspection) he just made arrangements for Safford to pay for the shock out-of-pocket so I could be on my way. As an aside the lengthy timeline was in part my fault as I was having other work done to the Jeep and wanted to do it all at the same time. Takeaway - Howard was dynamite throughout this process. More
