Another great purchase 2 weeks ago I call my sales lady, Beverly Riley, in a panic asking her to please help us get out of a vehicle and into a different one in order to hel 2 weeks ago I call my sales lady, Beverly Riley, in a panic asking her to please help us get out of a vehicle and into a different one in order to help us qualify for our first home! She told me to come on in that evening and we would see what they could do and see if they could make it happen. After telling her exactly what we needed to do, she spoke with Jeff (manager) with whom we have also worked with before with other vehicle purchases as well. He gave us the go ahead and the search began! Bev drove us around the lot looking for the perfect vehicle in the price range we needed to stay in. Finally, I found a brand new 2015 Dodge Journey with a little over 300 miles on it. I LOVED it! I looked over at Bev and said "lets make this happen!", haha. In a little over an hour after finding this car we were walking out to our new car. Beverly and Jeff are our life savers! They have made our first house purchase possible and they did it with such professionalism. You both ROCK! After shopping multiple dealerships I was referred to Safford by a good friend. Paul was a great sales guy and found me the most perfect car. I can't say enough great things about Brian in the finance department. Not once did he ever make me feel guilty for my credit issues. He explained all of the extra products and made sure I had everything I needed for the future. I've delt with many pushy finance people in the past, but Brian knew his stuff. I'm a Safford customer for life. More

Upon completion Steve told me there were a few issues noted during my multi-point inspection. Specifically listing three items that required maintenance and the first was the hoses for coolant were rotting and needed to be replaced. I didn't believe him and I'm skeptical of car dealers performing repairs so I asked "how much time do I have?" Steve replied "between one day and two months" - I chuckled and drove away. Fast forward one month and guess what, hoses blew and spewed coolant everywhere! My wife was driving the car and was so angry that I didn't get the work done. So I took the car back in, asked for Steve ate crow and had all the other work done. Steve called it and I had to take a day off to bring the van in - oh yeah, even for a 10% discount with my military ID. Thanks again Steve! More
