She was consistant in reminding me when my appointment was which I absolutely needed and appreciate given my busy schedule. Brittney reassured me that things would wlork out just fine and she was in communication with Richard and I in email. Richard and I talked via email for a couple days and through his consistancy, kindness and understanding, I was confident that he would pick out the perfect vehicle for me. I did not feel the NEED to come in and test drive first or even see the vehicle. He had already gotten my numbers figured out and got the deal sealed prior to me ever stepping foot in the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership Richard had already chosen a vehicle for me and had it parked upfront. All I had to do was finish the paperwork and transfer my items from my old car to my new truck. When he pointed to the truck he picked out, I was in Awe. It was everything I hoped it would be. Perfect color exterior and interior. All the features I wanted and more. and only 14 miles on it. The process was was perfect and painless. I plan to keep my Jeep for a long time and will be referring anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. When the time comes for me to upgrade, I will definitely be calling and emailing Richard Perna. This was no question the best car buying experience I have EVER had. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Shopping anywhere with a toddler is next to impossible, but the staff at Safford were SO understanding and helpful. We were given balloons, snacks, and they even had a little area for our son to watch tv and gave us the remote! Everyone was really patient with him which made it a much better experience because he was ALL over the place! As for the rest of the visit, I have never worked with a better salesman (Gary) or finance department. They gave us a fair offer for our tradeins and were willing to negotiate. They didn't "nickle and dime us," in my husbands words. No ridiculous fees, no hidden costs. They weren't trying to get as much money as possible out of us. They did try and sell extended warranty and a protective clear coat, but they weren't pushy about it. Definitely an honest, easy place to buy a car! It was a great experience! Gary was excellent to work with. He went above and beyond by going to the Warrenton lot and picking up the car we were interested in himself (we saw it online) and bringing it to Fredericksburg to save us another hour drive! He made everything as easy as possible and was so patient with our son. He wasn't pushy, and definitely the farthest thing possible from "sleazy salesman." He was kind and honest and worked hard to make sure we were happy, and we are!! We're in love with our new car! If we ever get another vehicle, we will definitely go back to Safford. Hopefully we can request Gary again, but if not, that would be fine too! All the other sales people were great too! I had corresponded with Internet Manager and was told I qualified for the Everyones price of $43,000 & there was some stipulations for the conditional price. So I make the two hour drive to find out, when my sales associate brings back the final figures they are working from $48,000. I asked why are we working from $48,000, when the internet said Everyone's price of $43,000. I was told that they had made a mistake at there Warrenton dealership & they were fixing the problem. So I come home this evening to find the same truck on Safford Dodge website for Everyone's price for $42,061 & Conditional price $40,061. Beware of this dealership before you make the drive. More

Now what I DONT UNDERSTAND is how the heck our maintenance coverage through MOPAR got cancelled when we told the gentleman NOT TO CANCEL IT. This happened when we got to pay off the rest of the loan, great thing for our young family! We wanted to cancel the gap insurance since we now own it and have it fully covered through our car insurance. Being a military family, we travel, constantly. We also pay my MOPAR account on time, which I am already over 50% paid for the MOPAR Loan. My issue is that not once,not twice, but THREE-FOUR TIMES we have tried to get our oil change, which should have been covered if the finance department would have LISTENED to their costumers. Nope, that's not the case once they don't "own" you anymore with the vehicle. You can leave numerous voicemails, which I would call 1-2 x week and NOT get anyone to return it. I understand, busy right? Wrong!! I went up their personally. Oh my goodness, I felt like royalty, people there to assist right away, not happy for me because I had to tote my cranky 2 year old. Again, this dealership was great at first, did all they could to get me approved for a loan (amazing!) but once you got your own car,no more loan means no more quality service and no more concern for their costumer. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. And not to mention a huge loss, definitely concerning thru a military paycheck going into a service no longer recieve because the person who "helped us" screwed us. Time for a new Truck! In March, I decided it was time to get a new pick-up. My Chevy Silverado was on its' last leg and I wanted something a little more powerful. I did my due diligence and visited the GMC dealership across the street and the Chevy dealership down the road a bit (they didn't have time for me) and I skipped the Ford dealership all together because I heard they are making their beds out of aluminum now (I'm sure it is a great product, just not for me). So, I stopped into Safford and Mason O'Roark was the guy who made the deal! He took the time to show me everything they had on the lot, and then re-show me those things that I had an interest in. He took the time to work with me and if he didn't have the answer to one of my questions, he bent over backwards to find it for me. I ended up buying a Ram 3500, and am very pleased with the vehicle! Mason did a great job from start to finish! his communications (e-mails and texts) were excellent, and the post purchase follow-up was terrific. More

Waiting made painful So I bought my 2014 Ram new through this dealership. Troubles began in less than a year. Less than 10 months from taking delivery the back seat interior of my NEW truck was completely flooded during heavy rain storms. The storage bins under the seat had 2 inch deep puddles. Apparently the third brake light, over the bed, was poorly installed. I don't drive this truck everyday so it could have had water sitting in it for an extended period of time. So, I scheduled the service and took the truck in. I had serious concerns regarding mold and wanted some assurances beyond "drying it out". I got none. The dealership dried it out as that's all that was "covered". No replacement of carpet, seats or headliner(which the water ran down and soaked through). No assurance that there wouldn't be future electrical issues from all the wiring that was just laying in water. And if an electrical issues happens after the warranty period, no way to really tie it to this issue. The customer service rep really acted as if he could care less if I had any future issues from this problem. He actually seemed to come off as if I was wasting his time just being there. Fast forward to today and just about a month before my warranty expires and my radio is acting funny, working but a message regarding the phone Bluetooth keeps popping up. I make the appt. take it in and am told it would be about 1.5 hours. About 3 hours later not only is it not fixed, it's worse. Now nothing on the "infotainment center" is working. No rear camera, no cabin AC controls, no radio, no nothing just a dead screen. April 20something a radio is ordered. I'm told they will let me know when it comes in, "sometimes it's a few days, sometimes a little longer". Apparently they are masters at under estimating timelines. 10 days later I call and ask about the radio. "Expected to be in on 11 May", that's what I was told. So, that's today... I call and am now being told that the new expected delivery date is 25 May, maybe. More than a month after initially bringing it in. No guarantee, but it may be in by then. On top of this I was put on hold(twice) to the WORST hold music I have ever heard. It sounds like a bad 1990's ringtone. It actually hurt my ears. It's as if they are punishing you for making them put a person on hold while they research your problem. So, to recap. Very poor time estimates, bad hold music(really bad), less than caring customer service reps. And if your maintenance is "warranty work" no loaner vehicle regardless of the issue. More
