With that said, if you’re buying a new vehicle ASK FOR AL ALLEE!!! From the start he was up front and HONEST. He told me he’s honest, straight up, a man of his word, and doesn’t lie. I took Al for his word and he was dead on accurate. I hit up dozens of dealerships and Al stood out with his willingness to get the answers and prompt responses as well as the knowledge and confidence I needed to hear when the other dealerships didn’t have what I was looking for and constantly try to pin any lookalikes on you which I couldn’t care less about. I drove two hours because of the confidence I had in Al and it was worth it!! Blew through the other steps in new vehicle purchase, think I was in and out even after test drive in 4 hours tops. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ignore the other reviews because AL ALLEE won’t let you down!!! I even had questions after purchase including needing something and Al mailed it immediately! More

Service. sent our jeep commander 2007 for diagnostic and repairs . To my horror i was charged 893 for some re programming . Within a week time had same problem . i sent my vehicle back to them ,,,,,,,, LOL was told this time that fuel lines are bad and it will cost me another $1900 . Come on get a life not going to be exploited any more. Sent my vehicle to Fitzgerald , Wheaton MD . They fixed my car right away ,,,,, Starter was bad. WOULD NEVER EVER SEND any CAR TO SAFFORD OF FREDERICKSBURG . The ultimate group of non professional headed by arrogant and rude director. More

Negligence Cost Us Took our Jeep Cherokee in for a "popping" noise on the left front - told them about the popping noise and the trac light being on-on the dash. They called us and said that the Jeep was just in need of a front end alignment as the toe was way out of line. Paid $400. for diagnostics and the front end alignment and went on our way. The popping was still there but not as bad. Left Thursday for a long weekend in Atlantic Beach, NC and 3 hours into the trip - the popping was back and worse. Thankfully took the car to a dealer in Morehead City, NC - there we were told that we were VERY LUCKY that nothing happened while on our drive because the ball joint was pretty non existent on the left side. So now, we are out $1,700 and another front end alignment within 2 weeks. The idiots at Safford will be hearing from me to request a refund for their negligence! Very thankful for the dealer in NC. DO NOT HAVE SERVICE DONE AT SAFFORD!!!!!!!!!! More

Ruined months of my life, and didn’t care I’m writing this because Safford management won, and I give up, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Just one more person being taken advan I’m writing this because Safford management won, and I give up, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Just one more person being taken advantage of like this is too many. I brought my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee CRD into Safford Of Fredericksburg’s service department in December because it would go into limp mode. It sounded like a charge leak, the only code i had was for underboost which is usually caused by a charge leak. The first test the dealership SAID they performed was a leak test, which cost me 174$. They gave the Jeep back and said it was the turbo charger actuator because there was NO LEAK. Of course that requires them to change the entire turbocharger so I politely declined. Over the next month, I spent over 300 on new seals, sensors and even sent the actuator out to get tested, which tested OK. So I knew it HAD TO BE A LEAK. After buying a SECOND CAR to get me to work, I disassembled the entire charge system to find a GIANT HOLE just out of sight that was causing the leak where a sensor had worked it’s way out. A leak test would have easily found this if it were ACTUALLY done. I called the diesel service manager who referred me to her manager, who ignored my calls for over a week, so I called his manager, who answered my call, said he would look into it and call me back the following Monday... that was 3 weeks ago.... so they win.. I give up. I paid them to perform a test that they never did, most likely so that they could quote me for the most expensive job they could think of....It cost me countless hours in my driveway, over 300 dollars of parts and a second car!.. and they’ll probably do the same thing to you because they don’t care. I should have learned my lesson when a year ago I asked them to perform a power steering fluid flush, then I waited 3 hours in the waiting room just so they could tell me that my power steering pump was leaking.. which it was not, it was oil blow-by from the ccv on the front of the engine... but they gave me a huge quote for the pump replacement... again.. I politely declined.. a year later and my power steering fluid is just as full as it was then More
