I was taken to Safford on a flat bed and greeted by service rep Steven, he was professional and as friendly as someone who’s know know me for years. They immediately assessed the damage and called for a rental car for me. Two days later my truck was repaired and I was on my way back home. Can’t say enough about how they treated me, like I was part of the family. Top notch dealership ! More

They worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted for a price that I wanted. My sales person (Sam) was patient with with us and kept working to get us what we needed for the purchase. The staff will present you with all that they offer but WILL NOT PUSH YOU to get what you do not need, and when you say “no thanks” they move to the next step, period. The whole process from arrival to test drive to “negotiation “ to signing the docs ( all electronically by the way) to driving away took about 2 hours!! Seem less! Military friendly ( I am retired USMC) and great staff! Highly recommend for your next vehicle. More
Re-re-re-repair 02 2019 Well... Senior Diesel mechanic found problem in less than 24 hours. 2 injectors were installed incorrectly according to Service Manager. 02 2019 Well... Senior Diesel mechanic found problem in less than 24 hours. 2 injectors were installed incorrectly according to Service Manager. I am wondering about possible engine damage due to this incorrect installation. That repair occurred December 30, 2018. 3000 miles driven since that repair. Start-up, rough idle issues have lessened in frequency and duration. Mileage is still off by approximately 4 mpg. Now, Leaking oil from valve cover near firewall, large ping-pong size oil spots on concrete driveway. Attempting to schedule re-re-re-repair. Sometimes that gasket gets folded over on corner when remove/replace procedure is performed. Happened before with same dealership, at that time, they happily corrected the issue and apologized. I asked them to power-wash the oil from my concrete driveway....no one qualified available. Service manager working with me...reluctantly. You must really be a firm advocate for yourself to get them to correct mistakes. I could go on and on about what a pain in the behind it is to go back there, but I am going to continue to advocate for myself and remind them of their responsibilities. Here's a nice little note the recent repair work that was done 12/2018 only has a warranty for 12 months this time instead of the original 24 months. I guess I need to get that adjusted as well. The dealership has never reached out to me on any of these repairs or warranty work the service manager stated at the time after I was done venting in his office that he would think about how they could compensate me for my time and effort in transferring tools and equipment from my truck to a rental truck, then back again... At the time of venting I reminded him that I've driven nearly 30,000 miles with incorrectly installed injectors which is quite a bit in fuel cost if you calculate it up. This is not the end of the story this is merely the beginning. 12/2018 50% of warranty work completed-new oil seals replaced with no additional out-of-pocket expenses. Safford provided me a rental truck during the week long repair. The mechanic who originally performed the work had purchased his own specialty tool needed to correctly install the new seals this time. Now, Safford has changed my appt. for the remaining engine work covered under their warranty three times. I was told by the Service Manager that he would call me when the senior diesel mechanic is available to work on my truck. No call back this entire week. When they performed the work last year, they told me after replacing several parts including six new injectors that they could not figure out what was wrong with my engine (long starts, rough idle for 1-3 minutes, then idle evens out) nor why it lost mileage after all new injectors installed. Mileage has dropped 4 mpg since new injectors.Still same engine problems...13 months later. This is after complaining and physically bringing the truck back to them a half dozen times since original 9K dollar rip-air Unacceptable. Thousands of dollars in decreased fuel mileage, time spent away from work, stress from expecting superior service and receiving much less. Where do I send the bill? The service writers are paid on commission, not salary. Hmmm. Rick Evans-Manager of Service & Parts took my hands in his last year and said, "Mr. Mauck, we will do whatever it takes to solve the problems with your truck. If there's any issue, come see me and I will make it right" Well, it's not right. Not. At. All. 11/2018 Waiting to find out if they will honor their warranty for a $9000.00 job they performed last year on my 05 Ram 3500. Oil leaks from 2 front seals on my 5.9L Cummins. When they performed the original repair, they admitted they did not have the correct specialty tool to perform the job. They admitted they used something else to "make it work" and that I should monitor it for leaks. It's leaking again. More
