Terrible Experience with GM Leo at Safford CJDR I had a truly awful encounter with General Manager Leo at Safford CJDR recently. Despite being a loyal customer for over 15 years, and an extensive buying a truly awful encounter with General Manager Leo at Safford CJDR recently. Despite being a loyal customer for over 15 years, and an extensive buying history, Leo's recent disrespectful treatment left me utterly speechless. With hostile tone and a scolding demeanor, took liberty to dress me down in public as a customer he didn't like. Friends who witnessed his tirade were shocked by his behavior. Despite my glowing reviews (all recently removed/deleted) and 15-year loyalty to the CJDR and Safford brand, Leo seemed to take pleasure in humiliating me in front of others at a packed restaurant where his tirade was overheard by several. His ill-timed and degrading feedback was completely uncalled for and it is clear that loyalty means nothing to Leo and the staff he called out (Sales Managers), as they showed a complete lack of respect for me as a customer. Leo's behavior was deplorable and demeaning. Buyers should not tolerate being treated like this. I, for one, will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. If you value your dignity and respect, I suggest avoiding Safford CJDR and GM Leo N. at all costs. ~skip More
Dealership failed my inspection for no reason. Could not sight the code they failed it for. I asked a manager to call me. He never did.
