The service department is under new management. Communication is horrible. They kept me for over 3 hours before they sent me to another dealership to repair a warranty issue. i will never return. Joe Robinson did his best to find the vehicle I want while being unintrusive and approachable. His laid back attitude made it much more like purchasing from someone you know rather than a stranger attempting to rake you over the coals. Finalizing cost and picking up the new vehicle was made easy through expedient financing as well. Mike made sure everything was accurate and retained digitally on a thumb drive provided. Purchasing a vehicle often times involves spending way more money than anticipated. You are never quite ready for the "sticker shock" but these professionals made it as painless as possible. We always leave the dealer wondering if we got the best price, nobody wants to be "that" guy. Was it a good deal?
