I have purchased several vehicles from Paul at Safford and just when I thought the experience was perfect, they made it better with the next sale my most recent purchase was a used Ram 1500 Limited. On the third day after delivery I couldn’t get it started (so many extras failure to start was my fault). I called Paul and without the slightest pause he said, “I can’t see your truck to figure out the problem so a tow truck is enroute and the lot attendant is bringing you a car to drive.” I will never buy at another dealership. I had a bad visit with your sales and finance departments. First the salesman and I agreed on a price and the finance changed it without me knowing. Second the salesman told me the price he gave departments. First the salesman and I agreed on a price and the finance changed it without me knowing. Your finance department doesn’t show you all the papers that you sign so you cant see that the numbers don’t add up. Stupid me for not asking. You got one by me this time but never again. Cost me an extra $3500! More
