I purchased a 2011 Jeep GC from this dealership. Prior to visiting this dealership, I had looked at the Warrenton Safford dealership. To make a long story short, the Warrenton dealership was not knowledg to visiting this dealership, I had looked at the Warrenton Safford dealership. To make a long story short, the Warrenton dealership was not knowledgeable at all about their product and could not answer my questions regarding package specifics. On the contrary though, Troy Garretson at the Fredericksburg Safford dealership was very knowlegeable about his product(s) and could pretty much answer whatever questions I had right on the spot. The overall customer service experience was professional, low pressure, and I drove away in what I was looking for a decent price. More

I must say that the entire experience with Safford was wonderful. We are USAA members and used their Car Buying Plan. USAA linked us right up with Safford as a Certified Dealer. I must say I was skeptical as first, but by far it was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a new vehilce. Our salesperson, Troy was very easy to work with. He didn't come across with any high pressure tactics to get us to buy. He honored all USAA incentives and even matched a higher incentive another Chrysler dealership was offering us. Troy was informative and could answer all our questions about the vehicle. It was after 9pm at night and he still offered to program the Bluetooth. The paperwork process was fairly quick, which was great since we had 2 kids with us. Troy even gave my son money for the snack machine. Thanks, Troy!! We walked out the door happy with the service and price. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Troy to our friends and family.
