Safford Jeep and their entire team is the best I have ever experienced. I must admit I was concerned about trying to purchase a vehicle during the chip shortage but wanted to see the Grand Cherokee L fir ever experienced. When arriving at the dealer, I was met by the gentleman at the reception desk. He was a very welcoming and friendly, super nice guy. I was than met by Jackie Gibbs, she is a superb, beautiful individual. She answered all my questions but at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. She introduced me to Troy Evans, Sale Manager. He was just as equally nice. I really like the GC-L so I told him I’d be interested in White, so they looked up and found that a White Limited with the exact options I wanted. I wasn’t ready to commit so I left with the intention of returning with my wife to test drive. I followed up with Jackie to set up a test drive for the next day. When we showed up everything was ready, we really enjoyed the test drive, but I still wasn’t committed until we saw some real numbers. After the test drive Jackie introduced us to Ben Bethard, another Sales Manager. I spoke to them briefly and asked that they send me some numbers so I can determine my financing options before deciding. I can tell you in all my years and countless automotive and motorcycle purchases, I have never been to a dealership that felt so inviting and relaxing at the same time. Everyone was terrific and authentic; they were trying to do anything and everything to provide the best for their customers. Of course, they are trying to sell vehicles, but it didn’t feel like that. They felt like trustworthy friends helping you buy a car. They listened to all my vehicle needs and wants and made the entire process quick and painless. The provided timely responses and clear concise communications. The final OTD price was exactly as stated, no tricks or games. I never thought that buying a vehicle during this crazy time in the automotive world would end up being the best buying experience in my life. I also worked with Michael Felice on financing. I am a member of three well known Credit Unions that have some phenomenal rates but like to give the dealership the opportunity to meet or beat what was already available to me. All I can say is Mike is a miracle worker. He beat every rate I could find. I stand by these comments 100% and would highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a Jeep. Whether you live local or within a reasonable driving distance. Check these people out, you will not be disappointed I assure you. Jackie, Troy, Ben, Mike and all the employees at Safford Jeep. Walked in and Roger was there to welcome us, he was extremely friendly and listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted to be around price wise. He took the time to show me a few vehicles and they were not really what I was looking for. I told Roger what my dream Jeep was and he made it happen.
