Have been trying to work out a deal with "Sammy" for about a week now and every time I call the price changes and he continues to be caught in lies. He changed the price multiple times, devalued my trad about a week now and every time I call the price changes and he continues to be caught in lies. He changed the price multiple times, devalued my trade by 3k and is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked him for a quote with the military discount and he said it was already applied even though he didn't even know I was military. I told him I had an additional 1k credit from Ram and he said he would not honor it even though it clearly states on the paperwork that dealers will apply it on top of current offers (Ram is clearly reimbursing the dealer for it). After being questioned on that he began yelling at me before calling me a "M-Fer" (he said the actual words) and hung up on me all for trying to be a customer and purchase a new car from them. Worst and rudest salesman I have ever dealt with. Clearly he is in the wrong business and should never be placed in a position to interact with customers. He should be fired immediately for his behavior and inability to control himself. More
