She had same aggressive attitude when we brought vehicle in for initial repair .The day and age of helping a customer with gratitude I feel doesn't exist at Safford.And the cost of repairs are high . Everything these days are out of control the least Mary could do is try to make you feel a little important instead of a bother. More

Just had 2 filters changed on my dodge ram. Filters are 70 each at parts store, they charged me 240 a filter. I understand they need to mark parts up some, but that mark up is just per greed. Bad experiences with this dealership. Purchaed 2013 Chrsyler Toen and Country van in September 2022. Never reimbursed us for the faulty tires that blew within 24 hours. Could not title th Purchaed 2013 Chrsyler Toen and Country van in September 2022. Never reimbursed us for the faulty tires that blew within 24 hours. Could not title the car after 45 days so DMV advised to return van in November 2022. Just received plates, registration and clear title to a van we no longer have in our possession, January 2023. Dealership will not call us back or send a check for the tires. We own the vehicle but do not know where or who is driving the van. More

Curtis Jones was an excellent sales associate. He was low-key and no pressure and Safford should have all their associates like Curtis. Curtis,Jonathan and Zach Bombard went above and beyond for my husbnd and myself. The dealership closed at 8..but all 3 made sure that we were able to close the deal that night. They stayed until after 9:3 for my husbnd and myself. The dealership closed at 8..but all 3 made sure that we were able to close the deal that night. They stayed until after 9:30pm on a Friday night just to make sure that hubby was able to drive home in the Cadillac Escalade that he had his heart set on!! They never rushed us ..never pressured us..never made us feel like an inconvenience!! In fact,they each made us feel welcome and joked right along with us as we were waiting! Curtis was working with another customer when we arrived, but made sure to interact with us and knew that he'd be with us as soon as he could. He asked another salesman to do the test drive with us (in the pouring down rain on a Friday night during rush hour at that... he was friendly and attentive as well! He even went along with us and our humor!! Jonathan not only kept us updated throughout the process but he entertained us as well!! Zach Bombard in finance ws a pleasure as well! He did everything that he could to get us the best deal/best interest rate/best loan! Bottom line...great people.. excellent service and my husband was like a kid on Christmas morning!!!
