I was told by Mary who was very rude and inconsiderate that I didn’t not have an appointment when my husband was told by Brittany that I did have an appointment. I myself work at a auto body shop and understand what it’s like to be busy and backed up but the number one rule of customer service is to not make your customer feel unwanted and to treat your customer like crap.
