The price they listed online for the Crosstrek I was interested in is not the price they quoted me. They decided to jack up the price by about $2k and then started adding things I didn't ask for. Chris was so easy to talk to and fully understood why my wife and I could not come to dealership during the pandemic. He drove the car to us (in NW D.C.) and we did all of the paperwork socially distanced in our backyard. No extra charge and he acted like it was nothing, just part of his job and he was happy to do it for us. He always responded quickly to my communications and even after the purchase, he has checked in with us and taken care of things--for example, because the DMV is backed up, we needed an additional set of temporary plates.
