Mason called me with regular updates on the delivery of a part, and let me know when the car was on its way back to my dealer. When an odd noise appeared (unrelated to their original service) I went directly to Safford's, where Rigo and I drove the car together and he diagnosed and fixed the problem (showing me where it was before and after) in under an hour. Then they ran an overall check on the car and had it washed. The professionalism and excellent work of all the staff here have made me a customer for life. I highly recommend the service department at Safford of Tysons Corner. More
