On each occasion I was told it would be a max of 1.5 hours (which seems a lot for a tire change and tire rotation, when you have an appointment). The first one took 4.5 hours and they left me stranded at Starbucks without any calls. When eventually Mason picked me up, there was no apology and he seemed annoyed that I was upset. I gave them a second chance (mainly because they are convenient for me). Second time it took over 2.5 hours. I stayed in the shabby waiting area and purposefully did not chase them, to see how long it would take. Finally, after 2 hours 20 mins I emailed the General Manager, Victor Beltran, to tell him what was going on. After 2 3/4 hours I gave in and went to the desk - miraculously, my key was sitting there and Mason claimed "I just got this handed to me". I told him politely what I thought about their service, and his reply to each of my points was "OK" - no apology, no regret. As I walked out, Victor showed up. I shook his hand but told him I had to leave for a meeting. He told me he would be back in touch. That was a week ago, and he has not responded, despite two further reminder emails from me. Obviously the problems with this dealership are deep rooted and come right from the top. I will never use them again - I resented having to give them 1 star but you can't select 0 stars. More
