Service team was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Service managers worked me into a tight schedule in a timely manner, and diagnosed the cause of a “service engine” light - a slight ov knowledgeable. Also, MILENA found a west coast dealer had not updated factory-issued codes. Covered by warranty, that work was completed. Hand washing of the car completed the visit; and, I drove home happy - except for the belligerent traffic. I must also say, this team did the last oil change, using my customer-supplied Amsoil. So, they probably did the overfilling. But, having done my own work on cars in a previous life, there little problems occur. Much less of a problem than not enough oil! These new computerized engines are just a little too sensitive, at times. Who cares. Great car; great service! 😃 More

He pays extreme attention while doing his work, and he pays close attention to the details that the car owners hone in and look for. All members of my car club, CACC, know well, that he is the man to take our cars to, all kinds of cars, for a perfect outcome.
