I had already received a firm "out the door" price prior to coming to the dealership through their internet sale program. My sales representative, Cliff Landsman, was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable and congenial. He paitently walked me through every step of the purchase process and explained every step (and document) clearly - and anwered all my questions. He also gave me a thorough "walk through" of all of the features of my new verhicle and made sure I was completely satisfied with both the vehicle and any questions before we finished the process. All in all, I can highly recommend this dealership, and especially Cliff Landsman. He, along with the rest of the staff, made it a very pleasant experience.
