No, I want the car that I was told, Saturday early afternoon, I was approved for. With only 2,500 down. Which was the 2018 BMW 4 series. Since that is no longer possible, supposedly the finance company would want 10Gs down. I said, "No problem, let's do it." There was a sales pitch but hey I have another car like that one... End result: no sale, no customer, and bad review. Please, stop contacting me. Please, ask the finance company to no longer run my credit. I feel as if this car is no longer available, but instead of being honest, you're lied. Having made up a story about how all of a sudden approval, changed to; I didn't qualify for the asking price . To try of th &swindle me into whatever car is clo cover up an understandable part of car shopping. I did have another car I was going to settle with that is only 12Gs, but the integrity potrayed by your company has steered me toward another auto dealer. Sure am glad I wasn't swindled. I hope you treat your next customer with some kind of honesty and respect. More
I wish I had read the reviews before I had tried to purchase a car from STG Auto Group. I was interested in a 2019 Challenger Hellcat that they had listed. Originally I was trying to decide whether the car was worth the 12 hour drive to pick it up, but 4/5 salespeople I talked to couldn't tell me if the car was automatic or manual transmission (listed was automatic online, manual in build sheet). When I went to purchase the car, I placed a deposit to hold it for me and told my salesperson that I would be there around 6 pm. When I got to the dealership, I started going through the paperwork to purchase. I wasn't allowed to look at any of the cost breakdowns until after the test drive, which I specifically requested beforehand. The car was listed about $7,000 lower (before tax) than they were quoting on their website. There was a ~$1,500 charge for a GPS tracking system that they didn't include any of the information for, and a ~$400 charge for "clear door guards" that weren't even installed on the car. After the test drive (black key only) I inquired about the red keys. The contact that I had assured me that ALL of the keys were included in the purchase of the vehicle. Only AFTER I had paid my $20,000 deposit was I informed that, "the red keys are locked in the service area, only our service techs can access the lockbox, and they left at 4." I settled with receiving the red key through the mail. When I signed the paperwork for the car, I received the black key around 11pm. I got the car after 5 hours of discussion and paperwork, still not washed. I could tell it had been detailed at some point, but not recently. The key fob I received had a remote start button (the car is a manual, and doesn't have remote start). I didn't think to check at the dealership, but the physical key inside the fob doesn't fit/unlock the driver's side door at all! Luckily for me, the red key they sent has a key that fits, that will cost $60 to copy for the black key. Bottom line is, if this dealership doesn't have a very specific (USED!) car that you're looking for (and even then), do not purchase a vehicle from them. I would pay a premium to not have to deal with the purchasing process from this dealership. More
Dealership is shady, not only is the actual sales price of the car 3-5k more than advertised, but once you complete a deal, they will tell you that you have 3 days to provide your own financing but as soon of the car 3-5k more than advertised, but once you complete a deal, they will tell you that you have 3 days to provide your own financing but as soon as you leave they complete your finance with their high rate company and never work with your lender. They even confirmed they received my draft letter the next day but ignored it since they had already sent package to high rate company. They also never inform you that they did so you get stuck paying high rate then refinancing with your lender later at a higher rate. Save yourself the trouble and shop at an honest dealer. More
RIP OFF's. DO NOT BUY from these thieves. Bought a new vehicle from them last night. sunroof wont close so i was told to bring it back in today. Horrible experience. Had a terrible post-sale experience with this group. Mario Contreras and Lemuel Ruiz have been rude and unresponsive, horrible people to work with. They will dodge and avoid you once they sell you the car (even if things have been promised to you). Their character reflects the company as a whole, I do not recommend. Presale - Be aware they will try to add on all sorts of absurd charges (up to $2K) when you try to buy car from them, complete scam. This includes a low-jack type feature (because they have theft problems and they try to put that charge on the customer), overpriced door guards (which was poorly done and already coming off), tinted windos (overpriced). Post-sale - They did not take care of registration as promised and they did not send me the car manual as promised. The headache dealing with this company is not worth it. The bank that I worked with and DMV did not have good things to say about them either. In the end you will not save any money with this dealer, spend a little more upfront and go to a real dealer that takes care of their customers. More

My vehicle purchase was not recent, but the vehicle I purchased was supposed to be equipped with run flat tires. I asked specifically and was told the vehicle tires were all run flats. They were not and I had to purchase new tires quickly after purchase. I left left my complaint, info, and receipt with STG dealership for a reimbursement and was told it would be submitted.... I never heard from them again. More
