Scam Business - hiding information I bought 2015 Dodge Caravan SXT. Vehicle was inspected during night time quickly (my fault for trusting dealership). Next day I paid deposit and arran I bought 2015 Dodge Caravan SXT. Vehicle was inspected during night time quickly (my fault for trusting dealership). Next day I paid deposit and arranged to pickup following weekend. Next day after purchasing van, I found front bumper misaligned. After painful phone calls, I was given an appointment at their GG facility. Their bodyshop could not fix problem citing broken clamp or so. I needed van for a trip to Bryce canyon. During my trip transmission broke. i had 53K mile when I bought and transmission broke at 55K. Vehicle appreantly had minor accident prior to purchase which was not mentioned during sales process. I will end up spending at least another 3to4K to fix the problem. Please ensure integrity of vehicle before you purchase and trust no one at the dealership. More

Scam Business DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Very awful experience avoid at all costs! Reached out to STG as I found a car to purchase online. Adrian contacted me and said car would be able to be seen and I had a friend take a look at it as I was out of state. Friend said car was great and spoke with Amir when he was there. Contacted the dealership and payed a 16k deposit to secure the car and was told everything was good and that they would have the car ready to go so I could line up a truck to pick it up. I had a driver headed that way to load up the car and about 30 min before he is supposed to get there they send a text saying it won’t pass an inspection and that they were sending it to the Infiniti Dealer down the road to check out what is wrong. (After my friend already had test driven and said no issues) So frustrated, I reached out to the Infiniti dealer and come to find out they had no knowledge of any car from STG being brought in nor matching my description and contacted the dealer back and could not get Amir or Adrian on the phone as they were both “busy” left a message and still have not been contacted. Very terrible customer service, very terrible business. Bunch of Arabians and Mexicans trying to use the language barrier to their advantage to try and screw people over and sell cars out from under them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More
