Really bad experience. Made me drive all the way from West LA to Montclair to just hear that they don’t have the car ready. So, it started this way. I was looking for used 2018 Hyundai Elantra and found a good offer on their website. I properly did a dealer rating checkup and called them to find the car’s availability. Of course, the answer was yes and Omar, the person I was speaking to confirmed that I shall be dealing with him the next day when I come to test drive the car. He even confirmed that he will get the car ready for me. The next day around 9.00am they called me back to check I was gonna show up for the appointment, but this time there was someone else on the call. I felt strange but I still decided to drive there. I arrived at the dealership at 10am sharp and checked in at reception. Like all the dealerships, they made me wait for a minute and the same receptionist who I didn’t know at all came back with an answer, the car is not ready till Friday but we can have a look at a different car in their yard. The receptionist tried to convince me to stay and have a look. I even asked for Omar but he was apparently not in today. I hate the way the dealership made me drive all the way from LA even after availability confirmation and inform me the car is in service and won’t be ready for a test drive. A very disappointed experience, made me skip my work. Do not trust them and drive far to just waste your entire day. More

The dealership is great to get cars to you quickly. However, make sure you look over the car before you purchase. Personally, the car we purchased had a slight bumper issue that they fixed. After looking at the repair, they put a self tapping screw directly into the frame in multiple places just to hold the bumper in the right place. Does it work? Sure, but now the potential for rust and other issues are there. The sales team here is terrible to communicate after they get paid. The service department is even worse at communicating, the sales guys even know the service department sucks. You are required to purchase tint, door guards, and their GPS units. EVEN if the car tint isnt being changed or they are not changing door guards. TLDR; If you buy a car here, look it over and make sure you know how things are fixed or being a mechanic to look it over. Prepare to spend an extra 1-1.5K on any car just for basic stuff they can not take off the deal. More
