My name is Julio Olmedo I had a bad experience in this dealer in the first day everything started all bad they had me sign the paper without me seeing the car in person. When I saw the car I told them I don"t want this car paint is bad and inside was dirty. They told me to go back in one week they will fix it to go there on a Tuesday basically they close at 9pm went there and they told it was closed already. I live in Huntington Park so that's like 1 hr and 30 min away from my house. Next week went there again they said the manager wasn't there when I already had a convo with him talking with him that I was going to go on a Wednesday. I was pissed went there next day to give them the keys and car. They apologized and full my tank well not even cause they did like half tank and told me that they did the aptm to another dealer but none of them told me nothing. They have me going back and forth and don't want to help me. The car is bad from engine, brakes, inside, and outside the paint is bad and til this day they don't want to help me. BAD EXPERIENCE. I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE I AM 19 YEARS OLD TRYING TO BUILT MY CREDIT BUT I THINK IT WAS A BAD DECISION ON GETTING THIS CAR WITH STG AUTO GROUP. They will screw you over DONT buy from them ! Very shady ! They don’t even pay off what’s on the contract for your previous loan & short you & you have to come up with the difference . I called the dealer, and talked to Tyler, he was nice I asked for a car, and he said we have it come and check it out. I set up an appoint me. he said the care will be ready for you at the front. I thought that is a nice service. 1- I text him to let him know I am on my way. get the car ready, he said it is. 2- I get there on time. there is no car ready. 3- he was busy with another customer, I understand. so he passed me on to Ali. Ali, went inside the back loot looking for the car. he found the car. it saw trashed. not even ready to be shown. he said it will be ready sometime next week .. maybe. I made it clear I need a car asap. so I thought okay I will check this car. I drove it even it was filthy. I asked if we make a deal now about when can I pick it up. he did not know. I asked to talk to a manager. he said talk to me there is no manager. so this car was not to be sold at this time. I drove all the way to their dealership for nothing. to move on, I asked Ali to find me another care within the price range. we went over the online inventory, I picked 4 cars. none of them were ready. even the cars are listed online to be sold. the sales guy Ali, did not even offer me to check for another car. I was telling him what to do. and thinking, who is the GSM ??? these people need the training to know how to deal with customers. I called the dealer again next day to talk to a sales manager. but I was on hold for 20 minutes no one picked up. DO NOT TRUST OR BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE. More

I was looking for used 2018 Hyundai Elantra and found a good offer on their website. I properly did a dealer rating checkup and called them to find the car’s availability. Of course, the answer was yes and Omar, the person I was speaking to confirmed that I shall be dealing with him the next day when I come to test drive the car. He even confirmed that he will get the car ready for me. The next day around 9.00am they called me back to check I was gonna show up for the appointment, but this time there was someone else on the call. I felt strange but I still decided to drive there. I arrived at the dealership at 10am sharp and checked in at reception. Like all the dealerships, they made me wait for a minute and the same receptionist who I didn’t know at all came back with an answer, the car is not ready till Friday but we can have a look at a different car in their yard. The receptionist tried to convince me to stay and have a look. I even asked for Omar but he was apparently not in today. I hate the way the dealership made me drive all the way from LA even after availability confirmation and inform me the car is in service and won’t be ready for a test drive. A very disappointed experience, made me skip my work. Do not trust them and drive far to just waste your entire day. More
