Didn’t want to go public with this, but I have been left with no choice. This dealership knowingly sold me a car with broken parts, and is denying it without any compensation or repair plan. If you plan on buying a vehicle from here, especially out of state, get ready for the worst experience known to man kind. Sales people are not trained at all in communication or sales, the owner of STG is so out of touch with his company, it’s horrendous. Every member there talks in texting slang “w, yk, thx, btw, etc.” After being told I can schedule delivery, the dealership could not release my vehicle as they forgot to return paperwork to my back, only two weeks later did they get around to it after I paid the down payment did they get around to doing this. Cost me hundreds in shipping cancelation fees. They will hit you with so many surprise fees, including $4,000 in tint and GPS add ons. The vehicle did not even come with a temp tag to drive, leading me to spending more money on buying my own temp tags. Long story short, I could go on and on with other horrible aspects when dealing with this dealership. I would highly advise staying away from this dealership in all facets. More

orst experience I've ever had with a dealer, buy elsewhere. I made an appointment to take a look at a car and when I got there they told me it wouldn't be ready until Monday. They pressured me to put a deposit to hold the car, so I did and they "congratulated me on buying the car." Monday they told me it needed a part that was backordered. 3 weeks later I called them after hearing nothing and they told me the car was broken and they were selling it at auction. They held on to my deposit for 3 weeks stringing me along just to tell me it was broken beyond selling from the beginning. They wasted a month of my time I could have been looking at other cars and took zero responsibility for the entire thing. More

My name is Julio Olmedo I had a bad experience in this dealer in the first day everything started all bad they had me sign the paper without me seeing the car in person. When I saw the car I told them I d dealer in the first day everything started all bad they had me sign the paper without me seeing the car in person. When I saw the car I told them I don"t want this car paint is bad and inside was dirty. They told me to go back in one week they will fix it to go there on a Tuesday basically they close at 9pm went there and they told it was closed already. I live in Huntington Park so that's like 1 hr and 30 min away from my house. Next week went there again they said the manager wasn't there when I already had a convo with him talking with him that I was going to go on a Wednesday. I was pissed went there next day to give them the keys and car. They apologized and full my tank well not even cause they did like half tank and told me that they did the aptm to another dealer but none of them told me nothing. They have me going back and forth and don't want to help me. The car is bad from engine, brakes, inside, and outside the paint is bad and til this day they don't want to help me. BAD EXPERIENCE.
